I got it for outside, but I like it so well, I decided to use it inside. It would take more room to store it since it could not hang flat against the wall, but may be worth the bother for that in exchange for not having to bend down to the floor and hold one of the old-style dust pans. If they make one where the handle works like this one, in sections that can be changed, but can also fold to a position allowing that, it would be great. I have had mine for about 2 months now, so I have had plenty of time to test it out. It's very sturdy, lightweight, thin and since I have slipped disks in my back, it makes cleaning up easier for me because I don't have to bend over or squat when sweeping. While I am giving it 5 stars for being easy to use, it's not the most storage friendly.
