It's refillable however most places I've encountered just switch them out.

What are the dimensions of this tank? Obviously it's not 4.4 x 4.4 x 12 in like it says in description

It's about 22 & 1/2 inches high, 21 & 1/2 inches around and approximately 6 & 1/2 inches wide at the base.

It’s a good tank, I wish I would of got the large tank though! It works fine. I used it for mig welding with gas, and the welds come out great, 75%argon, 25% CO2
