Genuinely Surprised by the Results I ordered this mucuna supplement and tried it for the first time on an empty stomach. Within about 20 minutes I noticed small changes, and by the 30-minute mark the mental clarity was very noticeable. It wasn’t intense or jittery — just a smooth, steady sense of focus. I’ve been on Adderall for a little over a year and was searching for something more natural to support my focus. I’m not recommending this as a replacement for anyone’s prescription or saying it will work the same for everyone with ADHD this is just my personal experience. I’m trying to figure out where to begin because I don’t want to sound like just another positive review and I want people to really believe what I’m writing. I am married with young kids in my late 30‘s with a career in law and like everyone else who uses opioids, I thought I could get away with 5 months of OxyContin use. I’ve never tried the velvet bean before so no experience with other brands but this stuff is ABSOLUTELY INCREDIBLE. The first day off was horrible and I had the usual “dope sick” symptoms (bad muscle aches and pain specifically in legs, RLS, irritability, anxiety, diarrhea, blurred vision, etc). Then I remembered I bought this stuff and the game totally changed. I took two of these capsules accompanied with a gabapentin for the leg pain and the relief hit me within a half hour. The anxiety has been totally lifted, my mind feels more clear, and I just feel all around less dope sick and way more capable of doing life. I can’t believe they don’t use this stuff in recovery centers. PLEASE TRY THIS STUFF it can save your life or your loved ones life. Note: I’ve also been using vitamins and supplements in high amounts such as magnesium, zinc, Ashwaganda, turmeric and curcumin, D3, K2, all the B vitamins, L-theanine, fish oil supplement, and a few others. This is NOT paid and I’m a “normal” individual who made a boo-boo in 2022. So I decided to get these because I had noticed that I was having difficulty remembering some things and I was also talking slowly when I was responding to questions at work. I did some reading and apparently those are symptoms of depression. I didn't really recognize it at first because I didn't really feel sad, but, I'm not going to get into that aspect of it. I have had depression before and I use to take Prozac, but there's a few reasons I didn't like taking Prozac, and I won't get into that here. Anyways, I bought this stuff to give it a try and I'm very very pleased to say, that at least in my case , it was very effective. My memory had improved, my speech has started to improve, but most notably I can enjoy the day much better and maintain a positive attitude. It's not a miracle cure, I still have problems to some extent, but I personally prefer it to taking something like Prozac because it's not a drug and it doesn't completely hijack your thoughts emotions (it just improves your mood). IF YOU HAVE SERIOUS DEPRESSION OR SUICIDAL THOUGHTS GO TO A PSYCHIATRIST FIRST. Don't take the risk that this product will not work for you. Like I said, I have taken Prozac before and it did help me through some pretty tough times. I only tried this product instead because I did not have serious suicidal thoughts or extreme sadness so I knew I could try this first and if it did not work, then I could talk to a psychiatrist about getting antidepressants. A few things to note about this product that aren't so great: Capsules are huge, kind of difficult to swallow. I have definitely experienced some insomnia with this stuff, at first I took one in the morning and one at night, big mistake. I would recommend taking two in the morning. Although you may find it better to take only one.

I've ordered a lot of supplements over the years. 95 percent of the time it's a disappointment. But, not this time. This stuff actually works. I've only taken it for a few days and I'm brimming with energy and I'm more focused. It's literally taken me out of a constant funk. I literally never heard of the stuff before, I was searching for a dopamine agonist and came across this, after reading some enthusiastic reviews from some knowledgeable people, mainly the lady lawyer with a closet full of supplements. Thank you for that review or I likely wouldn't be writing this. I was worried about anxiety but I have none. No gastro problems or side effects just a lot more clarity and energy than I had jist a week ago.

I finally found the perfect herbal supplement to help me break my “I can’t do it” adhd paralysis. I can feel the difference when I don’t take them. Even when I don’t want to do something, I can still talk myself into it. Finally don’t have to feel like I’m raw doggin life & don’t have to take prescribed meth like the normal adhd meds. Great product I feel the supplement working. I have noticed a difference in my mood. The capsules need to be full in every bottle. I think I will order again because I do notice the effect.
