Finally a Good Strap
I have tried several of these to use with my CPAP. The first one came from my CPAP supplier. It only lasted four nights before it self-destructed. I bought two others from Amazon. The second one worked well but after a few months, little pieces about the size of a pin head started coming off. I woke up one morning with a very bloodshot eye!! I had a piece in my eye reacting with my tears; very scary!!! This strap is much more comfortable, lighter, and breaths. It seems to be very durable! It works very well in keeping my mouth closed comfortably! The only problem with this strap is that it is very small. It came with one extension, but it needs two to fit an adult head; especially over CPAP mask. I bought some Velcro from a craft store and fashioned a second extension to make the make work for me.

The most comfortable chin strap I have ever used.
Best chin strap (cs) I ever used no NEED to read more unless you want to know why I think this is the case. When I first received the (cs) it looked cheap and I was sure it would fail after short bit of time. I was wrong 4 months later, yes there is a bit of fraying but not due to craftmanship. Like ANY product made with hook loop fasteners ( brand name velcro) the hook part will stick and hold on to pretty much any soft material. There's nothing you can do to stop this it's just the nature of the product. The fabric is breathable and really soft. Any thing tight enough to keep your mouth closed is going to leave slight compression marks on your skin, in my case it was only for a couple of min, the head gear of the cpap mask left more marks and the results were the same after you wash your face the marks are gone. I have a big melon (head) I've always had issues with the head gear slipping and sliding around. I found the if you put your CPAP mask or nasal pillows on 1st, then the chin strap you get 2 count'um 2 benefits your pie hole stays shut and the mask head gear stays in place all night long. Any fabric that stretches' will loose some of it's elasticity over time, I just tightened up the top part of the CS a little over the 4 months and all was good. helpful hints leave the top together and only undo the back to put it on and off. speaking of top and back that is a little hard to tell which is which, my opinion is whatever is comfortable to you is the correct way to wear it. last put the CS on with the loop (soft part) facing away from your head then put the hook part on top of that, otherwise if you leave the hook part exposed it might stick to your pillow case and pull thread out, worse you head with get caught on the pillow and wake you up.

Good But Irritable With Stubble
The product works well but the “breathable holes” make it extremely uncomfortable pressing into my short stubbly beard. I find myself lying awake for 20 minutes trying to get comfortable before I fall asleep because of how uncomfortable it is. It works like a charm and has improved my sleep data substantially so it’s worth it to still use it. Last night it got so uncomfortable that I decided to stick a clean sock in between the device and my chin to make it a little more comfortable. I have since seen that this company actually offers the same exact product for slightly cheaper on here with a “removable” “comfort chin cover” I wish I was aware of that option sooner. I will try to reach out to the company to see if they could send me out this special cover otherwise I might be continuing to stick socks under it to make it more comfortable which Is not ideal. Might just cut some socks to make something similar to the cover offered in the other product. This seems so silly though.

Works with my CPAP but :Leaves Marks on my Face
I needed a chin strap to help with my new CPAP, and this one fit the bill. I am a hot sleeper, but this strap is made of a very breathable & comfortable fabric, and is easy to sleep in. I have a slightly larger than average head & the strap fit well - I didn't need to use the extension strap that came with it. Unfortunately, when I get the strap tight enough to work (and as I said it works well & is comfortable), when I wake up I am left with marks on my face from the edges of the strap. The marks last quite a long time (sometimes all day), so I couldn't give it 5 stars. Still a good strap if you're okay with slight impressions on your face in the morning.

Love this chin strap
I love this chin strap it very light and vent holes throughout this chin strap which makes wearing it more comfortable. It allowed me to sleep really well without having any issues in the middle of the night like the other chin straps I have purchased. I love how it stretches all over my head and chin. I will need to order a second one so when this one gets washed I will have my other to wear. I was amazed how I was able to open my mouth when I need to speak as I am getting in bed for I have to have help getting into bed due to the cancer I had to fight for the past 3 1/2 to 4 years. Parts of my body has difficulties getting into bed. It's very snug with that movement I do need. I give this chin strap 10 stars if I could.

Excellent chinstrap!
As a former sleep tech with seven years experience performing thousands of sleep studies and CPAP titrations, I have to say this is the beat chinstrap I’ve ever encountered. I use it for myself with my CPAP machine. It’s light, flexible, durable, and easily applied and adjusted. Above all else, it’s comfortable and breathes well. I never wake up itchy or sweaty with it. The statements by the reviewer who said the seams are burned to seal them shut are absolute nonsense. The material is finely stitched on both side so that the parts that touch your skin are nice and smooth. Please see my pictures. Anyone who needs a chinstrap to stop air leak from their mouth with CPAP, look no further. Your mask will fit right over this strap just fine. Please do NOT use this or anything like it to try and stop snoring without wearing a PAP device. A snorer’s mouth opens as an unconscious reflex to try and get more air in because sleep apnea causes a reduction or cessation of airflow into the body. Strapping your mouth shut without wearing a PAP device will only SUFFOCATE you!

Maintenance required
Material is comfortable to wear but can make you sweat. Needs frequent washing so it doesn’t smell or cause skin irritation. However, it does help with jaw alignment.

Works for me stops the snoring
Have snowing monitor on phone one night without four and a half hours of snoring one night with the apparatus no snoring. First night slept straight through with it on, no problem. second night I have felt some irritation in the early hours, woke up took it off, but made it through most the night without snoring, so we're still able to wake up without a sore throat or dry mouth and my wife was able to get to sleep peacefully.
