Combo Offer: Parts Work

I am a hypnotherapist, and I’ve been working on learning ego state/parts therapy to have another tool to use in my work with clients with trauma and identity focused issues. These cards are so amazing not only for self-exploration, but exploring states and feelings with others as well! Wonderful way of bringing a clients ego state into a visible form additionally.

This book and card set were created to complement each other. The deck of cards is very relatable when it comes to browsing for your parts. Highly recommended.

I am a therapist and I use internal family systems theory a great deal with my clients. Using the deck of cards with this book has transformed my practice and helped so many clients dealing with trauma. I use the cards to spread them out on a table and have clients choose a card that stands out to them or speaks to them in some way. Then we explore that part of them and it often times unlocks memories that they didn't remember or trauma that we need to process. Great book and by the cards that go with it too

Great source for parts work. While not everyone may identify with these particular parts the illustrations really hit home and are able communicate the essence of that part. Book is easy to understand and is an easy read.
