Reliable high quality camera
Brilliant camera. Performs marvelously in everything I threw at it. Used in high frequency robotic control.

Different PID/firmware
I bought 3 cameras, 2 of them Appeared as "Arducam USB camera" (not the B0202) whereas the other "Arducam 1080P low light" (B0202), didn't have the same firmware and a much lower bitrate (~1.6 Mbps vs ~9Mbps) even though they both encode in h.264. The "Arducam USB camera" doesn't have the Image Signal Processor (ISP) tune that keeps the frame rate steady in dark environments. If you're not picky about quality it works fine but if you are (like for robotics projects), I would source them from a different vendor.

good wide angle, average but slow in low light.
I bought this camera primarily because was advertised as good in low light for wide angle. It's definitely good for wide angle. For low light it's nothing special. To see anything you have to set the exposure time to 5000 and then the effective framerate is 2/s. At least it's a true UVC camera that outputs standards compliant datastreams unlike some popular webcam brands. They also listened and added a heatsink to the chip on back. I haven't had the issues with overheating and dropped frames other reviews have mentioned.

Please send longer card!
I don't want to return u need a longer card. Just send me a longer card. This card is too short and want stay plug in! I am trying to do a school project and now I can't because the card is too short to stay plug in. I need a 4 or 5 feet card the three is two short.

Good camera for the price
Solidly built camera. I’m using mine for an aiming camera for my 40watt laser and Lightburn. I’ll need to get a different lens since the current one is wider angle than I needed

Fisheye camera with WDR functionality that was not thought through
The main feature that this camera has is WDR. I have tried to run a couple of comparison tests with my IPhone camera (a model with a wide dynamic range camera) and it looks like they work similarly in low-light conditions. Will test more and update my review (with screenshots possibly). One disadvantage is that this camera is a bit pricey. Update: when I tried to record long video files I started having freezes (video feed is replaced by a colored previous frame for a few seconds). I think it's due to overheating: the sonix chip (red circle in the image) gets very hot - I cannot keep my finger on it even for a few seconds. Also, it seems that the integrated circuit is missing a chip (yellow circle in the image below). Maybe that's why it overheats so much? Also, now that one of the reviewers mentioned I realized how much noise there is in the video shot on this camera, comparing to other cameras that I have. Overall, the camera is expensive to tolerate the flaws that it has: it feels like a prototype, not a finished product. I am considering returning it.
