As we grow older we often lose our ability to feel thirst. This can cause senior citizens to become dehydrated without knowing it. Because I am 87 years old and sometimes become dehydrated (even on the days that I'm feeling well) I will periodically use electrolytes as a maintenance prevention to insure that I am properly hydrated. And, when I take Dr. Price's Electrolytes I often feel an immediate surge of energy. And, it does feel good to feel good. I highly recommend this amazing product and give it 5 big stars.

I have only tried the lemon lime flavor but it tastes great! The tub is more economical than the packets and you can control the strength easily. I use this after a long hike (drink water on the hike and use this for recovery as a treat). Also helpful before/after a wine tasting trip ;) Not cheap but most of the electrolyte products are in the same price range.

The best thing to add to my water. I have used this product for about 7 years, its an important addition to my daily routine.

Packets are convenient. Just wish they had no sweetener. Also variety pack would be good.

Very convenient to carry everywhere I go. Especially when you are always thirsty 😜 Not overly sweet. Just right.

I got these due to less sugar than another prominent brand of electrolyte replacement powder. While it works, I need this to be very cold or I do not enjoy the flavor. This is likely something to do with me, and not the product as I also am not fond of Kool-aid and other sweet beverages choosing to mostly drink only ice water with lemon or lime in it, thus the reason i got this flavor. It may not be a favorite thing to drink, but it is a cost effective, drink mix to replace electrolytes, and you will prob like the flavors.

We’ve been using these for years. They mix well in water. Taste is not super sweet like other brands. Pleasant taste, and does a great job keeping us hydrated. I guess the best endorsement we can give is that we live in Arizona and enjoy the outdoors all year round. These keep us on our A game all summer long.

These are keto essentials for me. I always felt ill when starting the keto lifestyle. I read that upping your electrolytes helped.
