I love this product. I purchased for my 8 y/o daughter who has Cerebral Palsy. It fit her perfectly, she wore it for almost 2 hours. It kept her face out of the water, and it was very comfortable for me to swim with her. Her neck didn't have any marks after swimming either. This exceeded my expectations, and I would definitely recommend. I agree with other reviews that it is smaller than the picture portrays, I don't anticipate this would fit a full grown adult.

I purchased this for my 13 yr old 87lb 5ft 1in son with cerebral palsy to provide him with some freedom in the pool. I wasn’t sure it would be comfortable or provide enough support, but was very pleasantly surprised with how it performs. It hold my son up without any issue and provides him with a level of independence he wouldn’t otherwise have. Very happy to find something that isn’t too big and bulky or that cost a fortune.

Why did you pick this product vs others?: Based on reviews, I took a chance and ordered this for my 4 year old son. He has CP and outgrew his otteroo neck floatie. He has a 10.5” neck circumference and this fits him properly with some room to grow. I’m giving it four stars because it is a little challenging for him to figure out the weight distribution. It’s pretty dense foam and doesn’t keep him totally level but it does the job. It keeps water from getting into his mouth and nose. Overall this is a good product

Appears to be the same as what they used at pool physical therapy. But won’t fit an adult’s neck, unless you’re very thin.

This is an amazing item to keep someone with no muscle control afloat in the water. It doesn’t pinch or leave marks around the neck. I would highly recommend.

This life vest worked GREAT for my 10 year old daughter who is tall for her age and weighs about 75lbs. It kept her head above water while mom and dad were right next to her. It was able to hold her up no problem. It was easy to fit in a suitcase for travel. I highly recommend!

My son is 6 years old and has cerebral palsy. He LOVES the water so this was perfect since he outgrew his old neck floatation device. It fit good around his neck (or so we thought), until we started noticing that he would only throw up in the water if this was on. At first we thought it was his acid reflux or just being in the water, so we experimented and he wouldn’t throw up on the days when we just held him underwater, only when he had this on. Now its been 2 months and it’s too late to return and we hardly use it.

My son has cerebral palsy and does does not walk. I purchased this float to give him a little bit of freedom in the pool. He loves it!!! He is 12 years old, weights about 96lbs and is about 5'4 tall. The only issue we have, and it is very specific to his disability, is that he can get his hand under the float and tip his head back and possibly get his face in the water. We keep a close watch so this hasn't happened. Otherwise we love it!

Shown with a thirty something man wearing one, but I would struggle to get it to fit a young teenager! We got it, based on the photo description, for our 30 year old son with Cerebral Palsy, there was no way we were going to get this on him. For the price advertised it should fit the description on the sales page. I couldn't even get it on so the strap was at the front!! We are very annoyed and extremely disappointed after waiting for it to be delivered and finding it would be tight on an overweight stick insect! This may work in America but it is false advertising in the UK.

Soy adulto no logro cerrármela por enfrente me queda chico pero aún así abierta me sirve en mi rehabilitación muchísimo volvería a comprar el producto y recomendaría , me parecía caro pero la uso mucho

Lo uso para mi hijo con discapacidad y funciona bien llego muy rápido.
