I had read on Consumer reports they these scissors are the top rated for kitchen use. They are made by Seki, a very well know blade maker in Japan. They easily come apart to clean after cutting up chicken or anything else. They are no spaces to harbor bacteria. They are a thing of beauty. I have been looking for good kitchen scissors for over 30 years and I'm so happy my search ended here.

切れ味良いです。ただ、ハサミの刃と刃を接続しているネジが、使ううちに時々緩んできてしまいます。しめれば問題ないですが…なので☆-1です。
