**Q: How do i adjust the pi164-gr10 pin dampener?  do i need metric tools? the "bullet" insert keeps popping out when the door closes.**
A: If the black bullet tube is popping out you need to readjust it - with the grey part of the tube. I have sold my house with these in it, so if I remember correctly, I am sure this is how to adjust it.

I've had 2-3 of these installed for a few months replacing some originally installed with new cabinets a couple of years ago. I had no trouble installing them and they work as they should, so far. They were some of the less expensive dampers available, so I don't expect them to last forever.
