I like it. good quality, good print quality. it has both CM and Inch, great for wood work and such.

It is about 1/4 inch thick, is tapered on one side for easy marking on whatever you are measuring. And heavy duty! I bought the 6 foot ruler and it was sent in a thick cardboard tube to keep it from being damaged or bent during shipping. The pricing label was on the BACK SIDE of the ruler, not on the numerical side of the ruler. This is the best high quality ruler I've ever seen! It might be perfect tool for a carpenter but, it's also perfect for a quilter, as well! Great price for an excellent tool! I'm very happy with my purchase!

Pretty good ruler! The aluminum alloy makes it lightweight yet sturdy for most everyday uses. Unless you're working on a project that puts extreme stress on the ruler (which is rare), it performs excellently. The markings are pretty precise, and the build quality feels solid. I needed a simple 4ft ruler to photograph some clothing and I shockingly could not find one. There are plenty of wooden 3ft yardstick options, but that is not enough, I needed 4. so I bought the only 4ft option I could find on Amazon which is this metal one. And to my surprise, this is not just any ruler. It is one most beautifully made and solid consumer products I’ve ever used in recent years. It’s beautifully machined, and also delivered in the most hilariously oversized box I’ve ever seen. Very satisfied

I've had this about a year, and it's turned out to be one of my favorite Amazon purchases. It's sturdy and accurate, it makes all my projects easier. It hasn't warped and the writing hasn't scraped off at all. I highly recommend it!!!

Okay, I know it’s “just” a straight edge, but hear me out — this thing is fantastic. It’s so sturdy and straight that it almost feels like cheating when you’re measuring or cutting. I’ve used flexible, bendy rulers before… this is NOT one of them. It feels solid the moment you pick it up. It’s made of aluminum, and you can actually hear the quality. I took a video tapping it gently on the floor because the sound alone tells you it’s durable metal, not flimsy sheet material pretending to be a ruler. If you hold it by one end and let the rest hang in the air (I included a picture of this), it has the tiny, normal flex that any long aluminum ruler will show. But the second you lay it flat on a table or floor, it’s perfectly straight. And that’s what matters: zero flex during actual use. Markings & Accuracy: The measurements are crisp, clean, and super easy to read. They’re only on one side — not a problem for me, but worth pointing out. The sizing is accurate (I checked), and the 1/16" graduations + millimeter markings make it versatile whether you’re working in imperial or metric. Build & Feel: It’s lightweight enough to move around easily, but solid enough that it stays in place when you’re marking long lines or using it as a cutting guide. The anodized finish looks really nice too — kind of gives off that “professional workshop” vibe. Length: 48 inches might not sound like much until you lay it out on a table — then you realize it’s huge. Perfect for long, clean lines on large projects, framing, cutting, and general carpentry.
