It is really difficult to get the bulb out of the diffuser the first time. The instructions tell you to pull it out, press it onto the circuit, and then push it back in. However, the circuit sits on steel rods that need to be bent to pull the bulb out. Those steel rods are not easy to maneuvre. I cut myself twice trying to pull them out. That said, once you get it on, it works great. The bulb works great. It heats up the oil well and the scent is good too. However, the capacity is small. The water lasts for maybe 10-15 minutes. You need to remove it from the plug by then, otherwise, the ceramic will heat up unnecessarily

Donot buy this product as it is not working and Amazon not replacing also

Not that much good product, have some fragrance for a small room but the water drain faster.

Pros: The diffuser is good and it diffuse the fragrance as mentioned.the lighting is also good. The appearance feels premium. Cons: But the quality of the wire cord given wants to be improved. The wire quality feels cheap. The provided oils also not up to the quality (feels cheap). Better use with authentic and real essential oils Overall the product is good for using regularly.

Good for fragrance but the I don't like the smell of lavender essential oil... Rest the diffuser is working fine
