It is faster than the other known brands like Braun, Philip or Remington?** A: It is very quick and thorough. It hurts a little at first, but its so quick it doesn't really matter. It does keep the hair from coming back for a good bit. **Q: Does this have dual voltage for international travel?** A: It has a small round plug that fits into the unit and then an AC/DC plug that goes into the wall. You would need an international plug that would fit into the AC/DC plug and then you could charge the unit. Once it is charged, you don't need the plug. I don't know how long the charge lasts but I doubt you could plug the unit into an AC/DC plug before you left and the unit would remain charged until you returned. **Q: Will this work on the armpits and bikini area and for the men that gross back hair?** A: No **Q: Can this replace the waxing of legs and facial hairs I have done every 4-6 weeks; in other words, does it do the same clean job as waxing?** A: It can definitely replace waxing. I have been using epitaxy since it's inception in the 90s. It leaves a smooth skin and the hair seems to decrease. You have to do a "clean up " every 2-3 weeks as hairs grow at different speeds. For the first few times, it stings but then you get used to it. I like it better than waxing for the legs. It can be used with the cord or cordless after charged. It only holds the charge for 30 minutes. It takes a long time to use. It uses up the batteries.The epilady cannot be used while plugged in. It takes a long time to charge, but does not hold a charge long enough to use it for a decent amount of time, to remove all hair.
