Emerald and Diamond Ring in 14k White Gold

I was kind of worried when I first ordered this. My first reason was that I was just going off of a picture. The second was that it would not get to me when I needed it. Both of my concerns were invalid. My wife loved it. When I first received it the Emerald was not as shiny as the one in the picture. The good news was that my wife worked in a high end jewelry store for a couple of years and said that she was glad it was not like the picture. She used her jeweler's loop to see the small imperfection and stated that is what made it perfect. She said the super shiny ones are either super costly or synthetic. She really loved the ring and it also came a lot sooner than expected so that I could deliver to her on our 5 year anniversary.

I was skeptical at first to order jewelry from the internet not being able to see the item that you are buying directly before you at time of sale. I must say that I am incredibly impressed with the ring that I received. The Emerald is absolutely beautiful, and is in a nice sturdy setting (I am pretty rough on rings). Very happy with my purchase. Shipped very quickly...the only hiccup was that Amazon didn't update that the item had shipped until after I had received the item, so I had some confusion there, but cust service at Szul was very prompt in their response. Overall excellent buying experience. Would purchase from this seller again 100%

My girl loves it. Hope it lasts a long time. The certificate of guarantee is a joke..... its a canned statement for all karats of gold and various types of gems. Not unique to what I ordered and who knows if the certificate number tracks back to my order.... oh well...

I used this as a proposal ring. My fiance LOVES IT. I mean thats all that matters right? Otherwise solid construction and beautiful stones. If you get one that has a loose emerald, send it back and they will take care of you.

Purchased this for an engagement ring and while delivery was fast the quality of the stone was atrocious. The emerald could barely be called and emerald it was so opaque. Needless to say there was no way I could propose with such a lack luster stone so I returned it immediately. AS such I cannot comment on sizing. I was however very pleased with SZUL's customer service handling the return, they were fast, efficient, and pleasant. For that reason alone I will give this 2 stars, not the one the product deserved.

Would have preferred a deeper green color. The one that I receive was lighter green than represented in the photo
