I love these little tiny hats and have bought them twice for different occassions. Some reviews say they are hard to put together but I had no issues

These hats are small- I mean TINY- like the size of a baby doll hat. I didn't see on the description anywhere that they were so small. We had to hurry to dollar tree and get hats that the kids could wear. Couldn't use- I guess I'll hand them out at Halloween.

Urgh!!
The pictures make them look like normal size hats but they arrived and are miniature. Not very theilled w the small flimsy paper hats
