I have a 2010 Jeep Wrangler jk also. This is located under the Jeep somewhere between the back driver side tire and the actual fuel tank. If you crawl under your Jeep from the back side you will find it. Also just FYI if you are having an evaporative leak, check on the top of your gas tank, make sure there is not a hose dangling. There is a common issue with the Jeep Wranglers that I found last year and was able to fix without replacing the whole tank (quick fix). The vapor canister is located in the rear passenger wheel well on the 2018. You can access it by removing the fender and skirt (you will probably need some new clips after removing). There are three bolts that hold the canister in place and then you can pulls the entire canister out and access the pump.
