Value and quality
I purchased the Cream Parcel Lockbox S100 series for $61.60 delivered. Honestly, I didn't have high expectations for this price. Expected maybe paper thin tin can and a lock that could be popped my hand. To my surprise, the quality is a solid 9 out of 10. Someone will have to work hard to get into this vault. Porch pirates will likely move on to the neighbor. It assembles relatively easily and includes all the hardware and you only need a #2 Philips screwdriver to assemble it. It is designed to be mounted on to the a deck or concrete and would be cumbersome to work the keypad with it that low and on the front. My idea is to mount it to an exterior wall so it will be higher up (note you have to provide standoffs to mount it this way do to the lid when opened) or another idea is to mount it on posts which would allow it to be with the mailbox. It opens with the provided keys or the keypad. The keypad that came with my unit turned out to be faulty. It took what seemed like forever to program it and also takes multiple times to open once set. Sometimes touching a key will register and others it does not. So I called customer service and I will be damned if they didn't answer immediately! I spoke with Jordan who was very professionally and pleasantly began to help troubleshoot which really amounted to trying different batteries. So I proceeded to demonstrate the issues I was having. The keystrokes chime when they register and it does make error chimes when something goes wrong so all she needed was to hear. Took 4 tries to get it opened but it did finally open (opens very nice and smooth). She heard that and immediately asked if she could ship me a new lock and keypad assembly. No need to bother with returning the old one. This kind of service is unheard of these days. Especially when you are already getting a premium built product. Pairing the two usually means a much higher cost. I will follow up once I get the new lock assembly but I have good faith all will be good as this experience so far has been.Update:Only 5 days later (including the weekend) and my replacement part came. They sent me the whole front panel so I wouldn't have to mess with the lock mechanism, breaking it's seal and possibly allowing it to leak. Accolades CleverMade! Before tearing apart the box to replace the panel, I tried out the keypad. Works flawlessly. Keys respond as they should. Code was easy to program and use. Box opens with the code, as it should. I suggest some white paint over the * key so it can easily be seen. Once the pad illuminates, it's easy to read. The experience has been VERY refreshing! Thank you.Another note to other users, if you have read some of the complaints about how easy it is to remove the bottom panel and take the contents, this is non-sense. Unless you are rural, I highly doubt anyone is going to take the time to remove all those screws, for everyone to see. This will take a little time. Time is not something thieves like. They want fast and easy. If you are still concerned, fill the screw slots with glue or something like that so now the screws cannot be removed and it's highly unlikely you will ever need to remove them again.

Even at a higher price I’d LOVE this thing! Save your deliveries!
It’s sturdy, it’s easily assembled (unless you just don’t know how to use tools) and comes with everything you need. The locking mechanism needs 4AA batteries (they supply them), it needs screws to assemble (they supply them), it needs a cement drill bit to secure it (they provide one [and it’s high quality too]), it requires concrete anchor screws (they provide THEM)! Are you seeing the pattern? Yes you have to assemble it, that’s good because you can see the quality in the construction and the ease of solid assembly. I’ve read reviews where people say it took an hour to put together; it doesn’t take nearly that long but it isn’t an easy cheaply constructed piece of junk. Do you want to be the pig who’s house was made of straw? After just ONE porch pirate incident I found & bought this thing & I’m mad I didn’t look into it sooner.Well worth the $55 investment. The only issue is they list a URL for instructions on how to register your code with the major carriers but they took those down. Their reasoning made no sense but just update your address with the line “Lockbox code - - - - -“ with FedEx, UPS, Amazon, etc., and tell your post office the code and you’ll be fine!

People giving this a negative leave me wondering why why why?
I almost expected to be disappointed after having read some reviews on this but man I knew from the time I opened the box I was going to love this thing. I found it plenty sturdy for the use intended as well as other uses (more on that in a minute). Let's get to some of the concerns that had me concerned that some people didn't care for.1. Screws stripping. I didn't strip a single screw. If you know how to use a drill well, it won't be a problem!2. If you take the screws on the bottom out, the bottom will drop out. Completely true! I decided to get some short self tapping screws and drilled them in various places, including the bottom to not only make this sturdier but prevent the bottom from being removed on the outside. I also put a few in the super strong hinge (had to drill pilot holes). This thing is a tank now!3. It takes a long time to put together. Well I did it with modifications in under 30 minutes by myself. Finally, I drilled two 1 1/4 in holes in the back to augment the very reason I bought this. My son is going to college and this will be his Dorm safe. Clevermade could shave half the height off this and sell it for the same price and they would make bank selling this as a dorm safe. For my son, this will be more than enough room to secure valuables and personal items away from prying eyes and opportunistic thieves.Even as it is without modifications, they even included the masonry bit and cement screws for securing this thing to concrete.....that is service!Great Great Product and at the price of $65 shipped...it is a steal!

Key pad does not work all of the time
Great box and easy to put together. However, have had mine for almost two years and for the last year and a half I have had many problems with the keypad. Replaced batteries, blew out any dust with canned air, etc.Sometimes it will work and then it won't. Checked it yesterday when I got home from work as I was expecting a package. Worked fine. Saw the delivery person out there later in the evening and went out to find that it was not working at all. He could not get in. Trying to find a replacement keypad hoping that will fix it because I really love the box and when it works it is great.

It does exactly what it advertises.
So let me say, that some damn porch pirate decided to steal two packages from me inside a week, and I knew I needed to take drastic action. I purchased a couple of cameras, and this thing, and whoa I am glad I did.First let me say, its heavy, but you want it to be. I didn't have much trouble assembling it. But I have assembled a lot of stuff, I can understand if someone with little experience assembling things has an issue. Remain calm, follow the instructions. This thing really works, and I am super happy that I purchased it. Granted, it seems like a lot of money, when someone stole the equivalent of a $20.00 worth of stuff from me. But it will pay itself off in no time, in peace of mind, and in security, knowing your package is safe.I made sure to get a sign to let people who deliver know that packages go inside this thing. I have only had one delivery guy appear dumbfounded, and since I had my cameras I could see him on the porch trying to open the thing, and went out and saved him embarrassment. The pin pad, well that was annoying to setup. The instructions are written out fine, just make sure you read and memorize the method for entering the pin to save for the first time. It took me like six times to get it right, because they don't give you much time. You basically have to enter this thing flawlessly, or do it again until you do. And its not something straightforward like hit one button, enter new pin, hit another button. So be aware, if this is for a someone that had memory issues, or even issues with pressing buttons, they may need some help getting the pin setup.Other than that, this has been one of the best purchases I have ever made.

Great Product, don’t read the complainers reviews!
WOW the negative reviews on this product are ridiculous. I ordered this on Thursday, got it Friday. (Nothing from Amazon gets here that quick) Since reading the reviews from the complainers about how long it took to put together I timed myself. It took me less than 20 minutes to put together by MYSELF! An extra 5 minutes to program the lock because I kept changing my mind on the passcode. If you follow the step by step directions and lay everything out as pictured it goes by very quick.I was impressed that the package came with a Masonary drill bit and Phillips bit too. Although I just used a regular screwdriver to put the product together. BECAUSE ITS THAT EASY!And finally for the complaints regarding it “not working for the real world” how is that the manufactures problem?! Why give them 1-2 stars for something that is out of their control? If your post office isn’t using it...complain to them and write letters to your states post master. So your takeaway from this review is that it’s great. I bought it for my business to offer contactless pickups and it works great. I have cameras at the entry as a second form of verification for pickup. The code is easily changeable so I can reset the code every week. I’m sure they will be upgrading one day to a smart app/lock and I for one can’t wait!

So sturdy, def worth it
It’s both bigger and sturdier than I thought it would be. Every other comparable product was at least double the price and in my opinion probably not worth it. This thing screws right into the porch and feels immovably attached.Using and seeing up the code is easy. It also comes with 4 keys. When you unlock it the lid it pops open half way then sloftly opens the rest of the way because of the struts. You will definitely need a drill and driver to make and mount this. There’s no way a screwdriver can do this job. When screwing in the screws to put the sides on the box I probably slightly stripped 1/5 of the screws because the holes were so tight. Once it was put together though I was really impressed at how thick and secure it was. There’s definitely no de-constructing it once it is constructed LOL.Also some thing worth noting is this is definitely a 2 person build. I think I really would’ve struggled trying to build this by myself. This is just because you really need to drive the screws in because the holes seem almost too small at first.

Already spotted two major design flaws putting it together.
And yes, you have to assemble this yourself, despite it coming in an outer box that I could climb into and shut-- what?!One, it's not "mountable for extra security"-- it's mandatory mountable if you don't want your thief to be able to figure out they can unscrew the bottom panel with a screwdriver from the outside. Two, you can reset the code with the box closed without a key, and it's right in the instruction manual how to do it. Maybe make that something you have to call a hotline to be told, guys, so it's not probably easily Googleable from a mobile phone if you figured out the brand and model?!I realize by posting this I'm making it more easily Googleable in turn, but uh, I don't want someone else to purchase this and find out the hard way like I did if I can help it. No wonder this box was so cheap comparatively.

Good price
Need some assembly. Not complicated but took me about half an hour.It is quite sturdy and well built. I used a metal wire to secure the box with my metal gate to provide an extra layer of security. There are holes in the bottom legs that your can thread a metal wire from the interior through them. You can cut the wire with a proper tool of course, so as your can pick the lock or pile-open the box. Making it harder is the point, not bullet-proof.The only problem is if the delivery guy would use it. It comes with a door handle notice card. I also put some delivery instruction in Amazon. I would say 70-80% Amazon delivery would use the box. There are still some delivery guys simply ignoring it. That's the frustration. Non-Amazon delivery even worse. If I know there is a delivery, I would usually leave the box unlock. You can close the box without all the way locking it. At least my box is able to. This would make the chance of using it higher, as some delivery guy would give up right away if he failed the code even only one time. For a metal porch box under $100, it's very good price.

Lockbox
Lockbox has been awesome. Just one small issue when putting item together as comes flat packed, it didn’t seem to fit well together, but once the lid was on, it works well. Bit fiddly to get together, so takes 2 people. However it has been invaluable for getting small packages delivered to house. You just put “lockbox” and then the number in the address line & so on package. There is a tag to put at your door to tell delivery person where to find lock box

Good Product, assembled easily but electronic key didn't work the next day
the products received in well condition except tiny damage that didn't affect the product assembly. Assembly in less than 30 minutes. Open using the key and code.. works perfectly
