I like them so far
These went on smooth. This is the first time I used sapim spokes and nipples. I have built about 8 wheels. I think the spherical interface - polyax - of the nipples will seat a bit more uniform on the spoke holes of the wheel (they don't have eyelets), but with out any proof that is simply a guess.

These nipples work. I use them all the time.

Lightly painted, Easily scratched. Not really black.
The nipples work good except that the paint is very thin and they scratch easily. I didn't use them because I wanted black.They are not really "black". You can even see the brass showing through in the picture if you look closely. These are more of a "gunmetal" color.
