Good quality and paint finish. Made in USA. 14" Pipe Wrench opens to 2-3/4" without over extending. Used it on 1-1/2" threaded iron plumbing pipe seized / rusted connections in the house and on broken seized sink valves. Make sure to wipe it down and keep it oiled / WD-40 after messing with water pipes. Lifetime handle warranty by Ridgid and it works with a cheater pipe.
