I am now trying to receive a refund
So I purchased this screwdriver and it broke in a couple of days and I went ahead and had it replaced but now the same thing has happened again so now I'm just going to request that I be refunded and return it again I was hoping that it wouldn't happen again because I like the product but I just don't think that it's made well enough I was using it on my RC cars it worked great for me while it worked until it broke again

Gears stripped out on second use and driver only usable in manual mode now
The driver seemed nicely made on the first use, but the second time I used it the gears stripped teeth and the motor runs freely with no rotation on the driver bits in either direction. This occurred while removing a screw that required only light/moderate torque so I was surprised when it failed so quickly. The driver is still usable in manual mode, but that defeats the purpose of having an electric driver. The screwdriver bits are nice though so I will keep them around for use with other manual drivers, but it would have been good to have a still working driver unit to match them. For this reason I give this item two stars instead of just one. I will need to find an all metal gear driver to take the place of this one.

Feels great in your hand but not durable.
I like this driver it feels good and feels like it is strong but gears stripped out within the first 20 uses. No way to contact the seller and try to get it warranted I cannot find their contact information.

I love this set.Definitely worth 40 bucks.It comes fully charged I've used it probably 12 times . Battery still fully charged. Excellent product
