Best home wireless system around+top notch cust
All I can say is WOW for the system and the customer service behind it. Let me explain. I ordered from Amazon and received the system in short order. I inspected the box at delivery and all seemed good. But after opening I discovered that the front left, front right and center speaker grills were smashed in. I called the company (Enclave not the seller on Amazon) with the intent of having the grills replaced. I was told to provide a copy of my Amazon invoice and pictures of the speakers and shipping container which I submitted. Now this is when the WOW starts to happen. First after receiving my email they requested, the reply was they would have UPS pick up the shipment (free) and meanwhile another system was being processed to ship to me from their warehouse the next day. UPS picked up the container as promised that very next morning. Never have I experienced such good customer service without any problems or run around. But it gets better still, while waiting for my system to arrive, I ordered from Enclave 2 speaker stands for the front speakers. Several days later I received a USPS notification that they had been delivered. I went to my postal station and there wasn't any delivery. After some emails back and forth to the USPS I was told to file a stolen mail complaint to the police and since my shipment of the stands was not insured it was nothing USPS could/would do and I was out of $85.00. So I e-mailed Enclave asking if I could order 2 more stands and have them shipped requiring my signature instead of with USPS. And again WOW, WOW, the customer service representative told me I did not have to purchase anything again. Enclave would send me out the 2 new stands since I was a customer who had some unfortunate events and I shouldn't have to pay again. And lastly the system itself, it is fantastic. It is sleek and good looking, has great sound, easy to set up and I have no wires running across the floor. If you are looking for an excellent sound system get this one (read the reviews from the professionals as well as regular folks like me). And the cherry on top is "FANTASTIC" customer service!

Correction, they're junk. Dont buy. Buy the speakers. They're Fantastic - Hands Down
Im leaving my old review at the bottom. These speakers started out good, then constantly disconnect, poor sound quality, muffled voices, then, finally, complete disconnection. ZERO SOUND. These speakers will drive you mad. Frustration. Daily trying to get them to work. Then finally, for no reason, total death. Also, I asked for replacement speakers, since mine were damaged ok arrival. They promised they would, but never did. The grill cam be damaged with the slightest pressure. They're all dented now. This system is an embarrassment. It is maddening. Don't buy Enclave. There are a few small things I can complain about on these speakers, but they don't give a four-and-a-half Star as a possibility and I didn't want to give him a four-star. The packaging was fine. No problem there. Be very careful with the grills. They could potentially become dented easily. When I plugged in the system I was not getting any connection to the speakers. This was frustrating and the instructions seemed somewhat vague. Such as reset the speakers. Is this done with them on or with them off? Some devices should be turned off before reset. I think I found that they must be reset when they are on. I took the back side of a wall nail and push the reset in. This seems to have done the trick and allowed The enclave to see the speakers and allow for setup. The enclave app has a maximum of ten feet away from the seating position to set the speakers. Mine are further so I wish that you could set it for the actual distance without a maximum of 10 ft. But basically in the end it comes down to adjusting the volume levels. Using the app I found that the system works best with HDMI. I could not get the optical to work but apparently HDMI has a better signal anyway so I will use that. It is a bit frustrating that The enclave app tries to search for The enclave cinebar and gives no indication if it's reaching that or not. In the end it seems to time out and never connect. When I restarted my phone it connected immediately. Then when you go out of the app and back in it's the same story. So basically the only way for me to attach to the app is to restart my phone. however you don't have to do this often. Once you have the speakers set it doesn't really need to use the app anymore. Now the good part. It is amazing to have finally no wires needed. That is great. The only thing I could hope for is a retractable wire cable because the full cable comes out. But I guess that would make the speakers bigger. there's also one wall that I wanted to plug my speaker in that has no outlet. So make sure that you have the outlets in the appropriate place. I'm going to see if I can add an outlet but there's no others even near it so that might be a trouble for me. An extension cord is going back to the same problem as before with cables. UPDATE, I ended up getting longer power cords from Amazon. I pulled the speaker away from the main unit to the wall without a plug. I just ran the extra long power cable there. I ended up getting tape mounted wire covers to put on the wall under the speakers, and along the floor. I plan on painting them to match. They look great. Great solution. The sound is impeccable. The system sounds like a movie theater. There is a maximum volume on the speakers of + 6. Yet the subwoofer can only be sent to + 3. Perhaps this is to prevent blowing the speaker? All in all this sounds amazing. I spread the speakers out pretty wide. You can really hear the separation in films like Star wars rogue one. These are new paradigm in surround sound. I have THX in my living room and it sounds amazing

Speakers shine, Customer Service shines even brighter
Everything about owning these products was a breeze. You LITERALLY plug these speakers into the wall outlets, and connect the hub to the TV via HDMI cable. Download the app and scan for speakers. THAT'S IT. I'm no audiophile but these speakers are awesome! Why this system? You can always buy better/worse quality. You can get a soundbar for a $100 that will end up being a great improvement to your TV speakers or you can spend $20k knowing you can still do better. For me, I wanted to find the sweet spot of having an immersive sound system that does not require me to become an audio pro nor break the bank. Reading up on setting up a home theater system is seriously tumbling down a rabbit hole headfirst. There's no end to the number of brands and price points and pros/cons of each speaker you need understand before you can make an informed decision. No doubt a $10k system with wires going into your ceilings and walls that come with a million different ways you can fine tune your audio will be better. But do you know how to do set that up? Prepared to mess up your drywall and figure out cable management? Ready to spend countless hours figuring out and tuning the nuance between the different frequencies no one other than yourself will actually appreciate? And if you answered yes to all this, I promise, it won't be $8.5k better! And if you think you'll impress audiophiles, $10k is like a mid-tier system. If you want a high end one, be prepared to shell out upwards of $15k-20k. Similarly, there are a ton of soundbars with small speaker sets on the market. Here, I tried (and returned) a couple well reviewed high end soundbars with Dolby Atmos pushing the $2k-$3k range. At the end of the day, I felt they were more gimmcky than anything else and bouncing sound off walls and ceilings can NEVER replace having actual speakers around you. As I said, with this Enclave system, it took like 15 minutes to set up... ONLY because it took a while taking the speakers out of the box and their respective plastic wrappings. Only wires are wires to the outlets and an HDMI cable to your TV from the hub. The sound is unparalleled (IMO) to any high end soundbar you can get. The kids look left right and behind every time we watch a movie in surround sound. Need more? Get the 10k system. A note about their Customer Service The other day, one of my speakers wouldn't turn on. Up until this point, the system never dropped speakers or sound. I tinkered with it for a while and thought, what aspect of my past history led me to believe that I can actually fix this? It was a Saturday so I emailed their customer support a small paragraph (unlike this review) detailing my issue. It took a whole TWO minutes for them to respond. It simply stated, "No problem, happy to replace. Please provide proof of purchase and a shipping address!" whaaaat? TWO MINUTES! After I sent them my amazon invoice and shipping address (which took ME like 10 minutes respond), it took them a whole TWO MINUTES to respond, "We’ll overnight it to you on Monday, but with the way UPS has been going lately, it could take more than a day ☹" whaaaaat? I don't want to set their customer service bar at 2 minutes for everyone else also but I challenge any of you to find a company that can provide this level of customer service. Pls reply to this thread so I can buy their products!

The best home electronic purchase so far
I am home theater enthusiast with epson home cinema 4000 projector and either 90+ or 130+ inch ultra wide professional screen paired to windows 10 powered pc used for movies and gaming. I was looking for matching sound setup which can accommodate specific of my setup, mainly connection with receiver and home pc at the back of the room and no wires across this room. After extensive research I settled on the Enclave speakers. I have been using them for 7 month and even upgraded with extra subwoofer to 5.2 configuration. Let me break down my experience. The speakers came well packaged in sturdy box and individually wrapped in soft fabric. They are very narrow but still fairly stable to stand without toppling if not bumped (roomba bumping them will do topple them, learn from my experience ;-). After few days and additional research i have also purchased the matching “table top” stands for 4 of these speakers directly from Enclave website. These make them super sturdy, and match and fit well. The front speakers with these stands are now positioned on top of subwoofers while the back are placed on Monolith stands bought on Amazon. While setting them up I downloaded the IOS app, connected the receiver via optical to my home pc and distributed the speakers around the room and powered on. The receiver found the speakers and was ready to work right away. The sound was fantastic and I did additional adjustments through the app. It does come with remote but since the app is so convenient to use I have never used it. Shortly after setup I have updated the fw through the app with single click in the app on all speakers. The setup experience was what each modern electronic should be like, seamless and working like magic. Later on, when adding the additional subwoofer I just had to power it on and hit the “Reset wireless” button in the app and the speakers reconfigured itself and I had my expanded 5.2 setup. Over few months I did learn that sometimes (usually related to either power outage or kid, animal or robot unplugging the speaker) the speaker may fail to reconnect. The app will show it. Powering off and on each speaker and the hitting “Reset wireless” if they dont reconnect on its own is the only maintenance they ever needed. The only issue I had with the speakers was what seemed like manufacturing problem when one of the side speakers had issue powering on/off during the first week of using them. This gave me opportunity to experience customer support which also impressed me. I have opened the ticket from the app, described all the steps I have already tried (like swaping power cords, trying different outlets, fw upgrade, resetting wireless). The support reached out to me right away via email. They didnt make me go through any additional often useless and frustrating troubleshooting steps as other companies do (looking at you Corsair) and just told me they are sending me new speaker free of charge and send the old one back. In few days new speaker arrived again well packaged. Plugged it in, hit “reset wireless”, system recognized it and since then in 6 month I did not have any issues and I am enjoying the system tremendously. I want to describe one specific aspect which while not a detriment should be considered and possibly further improved. The receiver offers three ways of input: bluetooth, optical and hdmi arc. As i am using the sound system with home theater projector and not tv (and without receiver), the hdmi arc input is not really usable. It would be great if the hdmi input could be used as just that additional hdmi input which when connected to home pc nvidia or amd card could be used to pass audio (e.g. as fake 2nd screen). When using optical with home theater pc it is also challenging to obtain 5.1 surround sound. I have paired the receiver with home pc using Soundblaster Z which offers Dolby Digital Live and DTS remix option. Games, Netflix windows app and Plex are the only apps which can play surroumd sound directly using this setup. The rest of media apps and streaming via browser usually depend on whole system stereo. I have also played sound via bluetooth from iPhone without any issued, with good connectivity and no drops. I am not expert on audio quality and over the years relied on variety of sound bars or dedicated wired surround setups. This is definitely the best audio quality and experience I have ever owned. The sound is rich, nuanced, gets loud and fills the room. In conclussion, this system was exactly what i needed for my specific setup, and it was easy to get going, get full value out of it and the best possible audio for full movie watching or gaming experience that I wanted. I highly recommend it.

Almost foolproof, almost "audiophile" sound quality
I've had the Enclave CineHome PRO setup for just over a year and overall I have to say I'm very happy. I am an audio engineer (I've worked at THX and was on the Windows Media Professional codec development team at Microsoft) ... but more importantly, I have (and know how to use) all the THX and Dolby test/reference tracks for properly balancing and phasing an audio system. To do it properly takes time and patience - you have to be very methodical, you can't just put on your favorite Steely Dan track and make a few tweaks. The Enclave system is different ... it does NOT give you much control over the sound parameters. You basically use the app to input the distance of each speaker from the desired listening location and that's it. For people like me who like to run frequency sweeps to tweak the crossover, it's a bit frustrating at first when you don't have the normal controls that you get with most other high-end systems. But the reality is that the majority of people do not know how to properly tune a setup; they don't use correct test tones and frequency sweeps, and frankly many people who spend thousands of dollars on top end gear and never get the best performance out of it. I have to say that the Enclave engineers have tuned their crossover filters to match the speaker characteristics almost perfectly. I've run dozens of sweeps and test tones and the response - straight out of the box with zero controls to adjust anything - is pretty dang good. I'm sure I could tweak it for some slight improvements to match the actual room characteristics, but if the system offered those tweaks then 95% of users would actually mess it up and make their system sound worse. If you're looking for an 'out of the box' experience that will get you truly high end audio quality without much fuss, at a decent price, then this is a great choice. The wireless communication does occasionally get confused, and it seems the only way to recover is to completely power down all speakers and the base station and bring it back up again in the recommended sequence - but that doesn't happen very often.

Great System-HORRIBLE Tech/Cust Support
The sound quality is really good and it's wireless, other than the power adapter. It was also easy to set up and the app controls everything, from volume to speaker distances to decibels for each speaker. That's the good. Now the really bad. I had a problem with one of the speakers about 11 months after purchasing. It just lost volume and wasn't working. Thankfully it was still under warranty. It took Enclave nearly 2 months to resolve this issue. Their customer support is absolutely HORRIBLE. They DO NOT answer their phones, so you have to do everything over email, which they will ignore too until you bother them enough, then they get real condescending and pissy with you. After 7 weeks, they finally sent out a new speaker. After installing it and seeing that it fixed the problem I was having, I sent them a courtesy email to let them know everything was fixed. They replied back to that with an argumentative attitude, basically telling me "thanks for telling us something we already know." I'd never recommend a company with bad customer service, even if the product is good, so I'd probably look elsewhere next time.

Ease of setup with terrific sound and excellent customer service
For years I had wanted to upgrade my home theatre sound system. I use an HD projector for videos so I can get the biggest screen possible. The biggest problem is that my living room has no discrete way to run all the cords that need to go to each speaker. I really didn't want to tear into the sheetrock and bury the cords either. After some research I discovered Enclave. The price was steep (for me), but the reviews seemed solid so I went ahead and ordered it. It arrived in good condition and was very well packed. The included white gloves were a nice touch. Setup was a breeze - plug your speakers in, turn them on and then turn on the hub. The app is glitchy on my phone (Samsung Galaxy S7), but usually starts after a few tries. The sound quality is absolutely amazing! The bass is solid and the mid and high tones are clear without being piercing. Vocals are distinct without sounding artificially loud. After a few day the right front speaker quit working. Emailed the company Wednesday night around 7pm so they would see it in the morning, but someone responded within 20 minutes! They ran me through some troubleshooting, but that didn't solve the problem. Called them the next day and talked to a very helpful receptionist and a very knowledgeable tech guy. Sadly, all the solutions they had me try did not work. Finally, they had me email them proof of purchase (I had not registered the product until the night before) and overnighted me a new speaker, with a return label included to send back the faulty one. Had UPS overnighted it as they were supposed to, I would have had a fully functional system for the weekend. As it was, no one noticed that the speaker was not functioning during our weekend movie marathon. All in all, I am very pleased with product and VERY happy with customer service. I highly recommend them to everyone. Are there better systems out there? Probably. But definitely not for this price.

Great product and excellent Technical Support
Definitely wanted wireless 5.1 Home Theatre. Completed my due diligence and ordered the CineHome Pro. I was willing to spend $1800 on a quality setup. received the [product in a couple days. equipment was packaged very well. this is literally a plug and play installation. placed the speakers in there respective positions, plugged each speaker into 110 volt outlets, powered up the Hub (control unit). everything went weel except the hub did not recognize the Center speaker. tried several time, but Hub did not recognize the Center speaker. DON'T call tech support as they are difficult to reach them on the phone. I emailed them describing my issue and they replied to me within minutes via email. they immediately told me the speaker was defective after I described how the speaker lights were flashing. They told me they were sending out a replacement speaker overnight. Next day i plugged ing the new speaker and everything operated as planned. During troubleshooting process we exchanged several emails in rapid succession. I had NO problems setting up the system and NO problems with the proprietary app that control the system. I've read many horrible reviews in this regard, but everything worked perfectly for me. Tech Support was the BEST i've ever experienced. HIGHLY RECCOMENDED!

The system is archaic. and not reliable
The system constantly loses connection for the whole system. Sometimes it'll just be a few speakers. Sometimes it'll be all the speakers. Often it's just he sub. It' frustrating. I've requested help many times and by the time i hear back it just starts working again. Just do the same thing over and over again until it works again. I write in for help this last time and this is why I give it 1-star. It's a 3 start product with 1-start arrogant egotistical rude customer serviceL Here's the thread: Me: Sound won’t come out of speakers. This happens every time I lose power. It’s very frustrating and I’ve wasted hours over the years I’ve had this system. I am very dissatisfied in my purchase and I regret it. With that out of the way: my speakers all show up. They all test sound. The remote on my tv works to control volume but no sound. What now? Sent from my mobile device Them: Cut and paste from the faq followed by this!: Outside of those recommendations or recommending a new TV or a generator, we're limited in how we can assist as it appears you either do not have your TV settings correct or your TV has issues when power is abnormally interrupted. And then I reply this: I got it to work again by doing the whole thing over and over again until the system finally decided to work. Just keep doing the same thing over and over. That’s how it fixes itself. The tv remote works but the enclave one doesn’t. When I adjust the volume on the tv remote it works on the enclave but not the other way around. It’s not the tv. It’s the enclave. It’s fickle and has really poor options in the app. It’s reset wireless or kick rocks. The remote has next to no range so you have plant yourself in front of the box that has no on off switch so you have unplug it. Try to hold the right button while you have to be inches from the box and then nothing changes. It’s not just me. It’s all over the internet. I find that dismissing my ongoing problem with get a generator or a new tv is pretty weak just like this system. This isn’t how you get people to keep supporting your product. Do better Then I get paragraphs of BS from this person. 4 emails venting about how they: We take a very pragmatic approach to customer service. We also have a zero tolerance policy for ill toned emails requesting support. 99% of customers send a cordial, detailed email explaining the issue and get an exact and cordial answer as to how to resolve the issue once we determine it When a customer doesn't, such as was the case here, we hope the customer can "do better" as the team here isn't in place to support those who find the need to send disparaging emails seeking support. With that our reply was concise, direct, offered resolution and outside suggestions and referred you specifically to the section of our support documentation which addresses your issue and why you experience it . I told them I was having issues and that I was frustrated and regretted the purchase. I have 7 different tickets open with them and they say they had none. They were rude to me and they need to do better. I expect another long winded ego response after my last response of: I said i was upset by the system and frustrated by it and regretting the purchase and your response was to tell me to buy a generator or a new tv. My response to “do better” was well founded. Who says that when a customer says they are unhappy with a purchase? If you’d spend more time making a better product rather than writing long winded emails about how good you are at your job then I’d have a working sound system and I wouldn’t be writing this email to the most arrogant and self important message I have ever received from a benign and frustrated request from a customer. I’ve already told you I fixed the system and I didn’t get a generator or a new tv. Clearly doing better is not in your plans so thanks for nothing but paragraphs of ego that I didn’t even take the time to read What an awful bunch of people. I'm stuck with his garbage system and this garbage support so I'm just going to write as many bad reviews about this product as I can on as many platforms as I can so nobody else buys this junk from these rude arrogant people.
