Does this lamp/light heat up the watch in a harmful way? Just got the g-shock gravitymaster and feel overprotective!

No, it does not heat up watches. In fact, your watch will feel no different from the temperature it was at when you placed it on this charger. I have a new G-Shock watch and it works great for charging mine to the max.

I have used it on all of my solar battery watches that includes "all" Casio g-shock Master of G series and all of their Solar Tough squares as well as my Citizen Eco-Drive solar powered movements. The unit provides a 30,000 LUX light power output which charges to full capacity between and 1 and 4 hours. My Rangeman took 9 hours but that was the only exception.

Does any direct Led light will be sufficient in doing this charger job ?

I think any high intensity led would work.  Since I have six solar watches I DIY'd my own lightbox using a usb rechargeable high intensity led bicycle handlebar headlight much like this one:

Except mine had a little more lumens and it was cheaper, a total of seven bucks...ebayed it from China.  
This way I can charge all my watches at the same time using only this one bicycle headlight. What I like about the bike headlight is that it has a special lens that evenly distributes its light throughout its focus without hot spots so all my watches receive the same amount of very intense light.  Also it was a lot cheaper than this one-at-a-time light charger and I can do all six of my solar watches at the same time.

How long does it take for it to fully charge a Citizen eco drive Promaster Tough watch?

If it doesn't have a gauge then you truly cannot determine if it's fully charged: but, if the second hand's not jumping two seconds at a time, the watch is fine. My Tough doesn't have a gauge but my other Citizen does and I keep both of them exposed to the same amount of UV light so when the gauge is reading full on one, I know my Tough's good to go.
