I am not buying anything else that does not give full information on the package stating where the product is produced and who it is distributed by.

Looking for a substitute for premium whole grain saltines. what do these compare to? wheat thins, triscuits, whole grain saltines?

They taste awful. Suppose to but a Wheat Thins copy, but they are not. They taste like saw dust and that's coming from someone who has been into wood working for 30 years. Avoid!
