So I bought these not for the intended use but to snip the ends off to wire them to lighting fixtures. Much cheaper than buying stand-alone cords. They are really EXCELLENT for that use. Super high-quality outer casing, and inner wires and insulation. For a fraction of the cost of a simple AC plug with stripped wires at the other end. If you need a new cord on something, and are handy, grab these.

Best power cables I've owned. Fixed an issue with the monitor I was having that I didn't know what was causing. Very thick cables so they won't damage easy.

I originally had issues with the cables as described below, however, after being contacted by the support I received a replacement pain-free. The new cables fit fine and work as expected on my vesa monitors. --Old Review-- I bought these for my vesa mounted monitors so that I could better rout the cables, but the female end that you plug into the monitor doesn't fit tightly enough so moving the monitors causes them to come unplugged. I had also noticed a slight arcing sound when trying to get the cables to fit better. So not worth risking my monitors for longer, but cheaper cables. When looking in the holes I can see the metal contacts are bent slightly inwards on both wires, not sure if that has anything to do with it but still looks weird.

I've bought about 50 of these over the past few years. I sell used music production gear, and often need these types of power cords for either my own use or to accompany equipment I am selling. They are very solid, sturdy, thick, and always work perfectly, every time. Great for use with studio monitors, audio interfaces, synthesizers, mixers, DJ equipment. etc. To me, they seem to be of better build quality than most of the original power cords that are included with new equipment, making them essentially an upgrade over most existing cords. I will also add that I am always impressed with the speed and efficiency with which the seller ships these. I last ordered a pair on a Saturday morning, and they were at my door by Monday afternoon. Always very prompt, efficient, and no hassles whatsoever.

Outstanding build quality pretty much plug and play. I use 1 plug for a 1000watt power supply and another plug for a 850watt power supply. And they handle both power supply with ease. I highly recommend these plugs.
