Authentic Japanese Gluten Free Fresh Ramen (8-pack)

JUST WOW. I have been eating gluten free products since 2003. It has been a long hard road with tons of terrible products lol. I'm continually astonished and humbled by the mastery of these companies that are emerging with PERFECT Gluten free products. My daughter and I have been rather obsessed with 20 cent ramen packets lately. We skip the chemical packet and just boil in broth with bok choy and green onions. However, those noodles are deep fried and full of crap. So I set out to find a healthier alternative. These noodles have the perfect ramen texture! They melt in your mouth and remind you of butter (not the taste per se, just, the perfection). They start out very yellow (I don't believe there is food coloring though), and they lighten the longer you cook them. I left half in the broth and took half out at the perfect time with my veggies. The half I left in the broth expanded even more, got even lighter in color yet still held their consitution and didn't turn to mush like many GF noodles. Thrilled, thankful, and now understanding why another reviewer said they wanted to cry. When you've eaten GF this long, you feel utterly blessed and fortunate to find such an amazing, well-made product. Then instantly, the fear sets in that the popularity won't catch on and it'll be discontinued lol PLEASE DON'T DIE.

These noodles are literally a perfect ramen replacement. Absolutely identical taste and texture to "real" ramen. They are NOT lying. These cook up fast and easily. They don't clump together or get "gluey" like a lot of other gluten free noodles. This is the first good bowl of ramen I've had in three years. This doesn't feel like a substitute or second best...it's just delicious ramen. After the first bite, I'd already decided to order more! Please ignore my poor broken egg lol. It coulda used 30 more seconds boiling. I wanted to wait to try these until I picked up some green onion, but I just couldn't! I was too excited. I was debating trying these for a long time. They are worth the price. I'm a big eater and one package is definitely two servings. I could barely finish, but I forced myself to because they were so delicious.

Not exactly like homemade ramen but totally worth it in flavor.

I absolutely love this product. The noodles are chewy and thick unlike other gluten free ramens on the market. Since I can no longer go out to eat at ramen restaurants due to celiac, I've been making my own with these noodles. But I don't just use them for ramen, I also use them for when I make Cantonese style pan fried soy sauce noodles. They are a perfect sub for Asian egg noodles which unfortunately does not exist in the GF world. I suppose the only down side is the price but compared to what I would pay for in the restaurants, it's not bad. Now I wish the company would make GF udon style noodles next!

Sent me expired noodles from March; love these but had to toss and can’t return

These taste ok & cook ok for gluten-free. The child loved them but his allergies to this finally overloaded his bucket & now he is in great pain (bone & skin). Very possibly the ethanol is from corn as is the xanthum gum & modified isn't the best anywhere

These noodles taste and cook like real gluten noodles. I have celiac and can’t have gluten. I’ve suffered with bad tasting, hard, or clumpy gluten free noodles. These are hands down the best tasting, nonclumpy, and normal textures noodles. I have put them in soup and stir fried them and they are so delicious. Even my husband loved them and said they tasted like regular noodles.

Good enough so that I can indulge in one of my favorite dishes but texture is not quite the same slippery, chewy and long regular ramen noodle I love. This tends to break up into small segments when handled and even when in the hot water when trying to separate. Non-gluten noodle products getting more available and improving--Thank Goodness!
