Another excellent product from Nu It’s replaced my High St B vit compounds as the strengths seem a better fit than the same amount of everything I was Def overdoing it These are just right to shake off the winter post Christmas lethargy and wake my brain up I suspect I was weeing most of the others away when I last used Vit B This company really cares about you ( my high st Lloyd’s Pharmacy is now stocking some Nu so that proves it must be top quality but I’m not telling them about our wonderful free bottles ) Vit B complex got me through my driving test when after 2 nervy fails I needed help to calm my system down It also helped my granddaughter through her exam nerves coupled with lack of sleep due to exam stress This bottle has just the right amount of the Bs we need to do the job on all fronts A good week to get into your system and it really does help
