A couple of my bottles were broken inside the boxes with no damage to the packaging or the shipping box.

It arrived as a box of 24 bottles inside a 2nd box of similar size. Honestly surprised they all made it unbroken. I wouldn't have been upset if one or two arrived broken other than the hassle to be certain all of the small glass pieces had been cleaned out of the remaining bottles. None of the bottles show lines in the glass where future cracks could happen while handling/opening them. Most of these I use to give out homebrew gifts. I worry about this as I've opened bottles and the neck separates with the cap from the base of the bottle. This case looks like decent quality! Many commercial breweries seem to have higher quality bottles. That said, my complaint is that I can't drink a case of Sam Adam's in the time it took for the shipment to arrive, which would have been a similar price and bonus, beer inside. I planned poorly.

Arrived in good time with no breakage. They were well made with no flaws which is crucial since I use them for making slumped spoon rests.

Even with the cost of shipping, I have not found a local brew shop or online vendor to sell 24 of these bottles for the price Reed's sells them for. The Shipping per case goes down the more cases you order. I ordered 9 cases and got them on the east coast in 4 business days. Upon inspection, 4 of the 9 cases received were screw tops. I promptly contacted Reed's customer service via Amazon's interface and I received a response the next day offering me a full refund or replacement bottles. I chose the replacement bottles. It was only a couple of hours after my response that I received a fed ex shipment number for the 4 cases of bottles that would be on their way. If you receive screw tops, it is not directly the fault of Reed's. I think they drop ship them from the manufacturer of the bottles directly to the end user so Reed's can't physically inspect each case. I capped 2 cases of beer the other day and had no problems with the bottles. 3 days later and no caps have popped off and no bottles have exploded (granted we bottled a milk stout which isn't going to be that carbonated). Buy with confidence as Reed's has the customer service to back the product up.

Bottle was broken when it arrived. after picking a bottle out of the case and feeling it, I can understand why it broke. Very thin wall glass. Very disappointed in the quality. I have a batch of beer getting ready to go in bottles soon, and I’m very nervous on using them. Much rather if I went and bought full MGD and reused those bottles. Better quality.

Terrible price for bottles. I learned my lesson. Should have read the reviews first. They are very low quality and the company decided that 21 bottles was enough.
