As someone who hasn't pained for years, I really enjoyed this product. It arrived very fast (on the next day.) I was really satisfied with the quality of the product overall, although the brushes weren't amazing. There was much more paint than I needed, so no colour ran out. Overall, the picture took about 30 hours for me to paint, across about 2 weeks. Also included are two hooks and two screws to help hang the painting (but no frame), a paper copy of the painting (a little smaller) so if you paint over any numbers accidentally you can refer to the paper copy to see what number is there and a miniature copy of the picture. When it arrived, the canvas was very creased so I'd recommend using an iron to get rid of creases. There are some instructions and pieces of advice on the package for beginners, but these are written in really poor English so aren't as helpful as they could be.

Painted this for my grandaughters room, We have a pug, so this picture took my eye. Its very easy to do, and looks lovely with rich bright colours. Im sure my grandaughter will love it. Its a great one for beginners too.

Bright colours

Because I have a disability which affects my dexterity, I set myself a rule that I was not going to get petty about the numbers and just 'accept' any mistakes I make - or 'happy accidents' as Bob Ross would have once said. I started with the darkest colours first, then I realised that the paints - although acrylic - had a nicer effect to my eyes if I made it more watercolour-like. You can see this from the light blue stage onwards in my images. I'm not yet wholly finished as there's some tidying and touching up to do, but I am quite happy with the outcome given my disability. So happy, in fact, that I have ordered an artist kit to get back, into my art, something I thought I'd be no good at again post-surgery. There is plenty enough paint if you water down at least a little, just to improve the brush flow. If you have your own brushes you might want to use those, however, I stuck with the supplied brushes and have done 99% of my painting with the largest brush. Very happy, and I'm grateful to have art back in mylife. Thank you.

Not enough black paint to finish the whole canvas.

Half of the paints are dried up - I started and discovered that some of the paints are like putty - unable to paint with them. However i contacted the seller and they replied straight away. They are sending new paints.

I love this pug picture so so much! I had seen some previous reviews and was a little on and off the buy button, but I will say the seller clearly looks at and takes the suggestions from buyers. My painting came rolled up not like the other reviews where it had been sent folded up so big positives for them picking up on that and changing the packaging. I'm only 2 colours in as you can see from the pics but I'm super excited to see how this turns out. I'm super SUPER happy with this!! X

Normally you can iron wrinkles out of the canvas. This came folded and had many wrinkles. Ironing didnt do anything, only made it smell a lot like plastic. Painting felt like painting on plastic. Barely stuck to the canvas
