Silent Power in a Small Package
Silent Power in a Small Package I installed the ARCTIC P8 80mm case fan in a compact PC build, and it quickly impressed me. Despite its small size, the airflow is powerful and steady, which helps keep temperatures down in tighter enclosures. The fan is pressure-optimized, so it works especially well when mounted against dense components like heatsinks or radiators. The biggest standout is how quiet it runsโeven at higher RPMs. At 3000 RPM, I expected some whine, but the motor is surprisingly smooth and doesnโt create distracting noise. For office or bedroom PCs, this is a great choice if you want cooling without the hum. Installation was straightforwardโthe fan feels solid, the screw holes aligned easily, and the wiring is standard. One thing to keep in mind: itโs a 3-pin connector, so you wonโt get PWM control. That means it runs full speed unless you manage it through voltage control or a fan controller. Bottom line: This is a compact, well-built fan that delivers excellent airflow with whisper-quiet operation. Perfect for anyone needing reliable cooling in a small form factor build.

Worked well in my projector.
Removed the old fan in my projector as it was very loud and annoying while playing media. I had to solder the old fan wires on to a jumper that would plug into this fan's connector. This was not difficult for me to do. I had tried a few other fan's from nocturnal, coolerguys, and some quiet brand. None were powerful enough to keep the projector out of heat overload besides this fan. Works great. Maybe not the most quiet, but is much quieter than the old stock fan and for a cheaper price than nocturnal and more premium brands.

Arctic fans are high quality
Arctic makes great fans that are quiet, high quality and reasonably priced. I only use Arctic fans in my builds.

Quite With Good Airflow
I needed a replacement heatsink cooling fan for a peltier chiller built into a travel cooler. The original fan was a 90mm, but did not have torque fan blades or as much CFM as this fan. I only used the 12 volt and ground wires, so the fan is not using the PWM wire to control fan speed. I can hardly hear the fan just a few feet away. I feel warm air dissipating through the exhaust vents. I can only imagine that it would do well in an actual computer case. I see that there is a 5-pack for $20 that I didn't see when I bought this. I could have come up with some uses for a few more.

Works but this is exceptionally loud
This fan was an improvement in airflow from the cheap fan that it replaced but even at the same RPM this fan is exceptionally loud in comparison. I've used their 120mm and 140mm fans and thought that they had a good sound profile, especially for the money, but this one didn't seem to be an improvement.

Good Fan
The fan itself seems good, BUT there is no indication of the direction of flow, so you have to "bump" the power to install it the way you want, AND THE SCREWS ARE TOTALLY INADEQUATE. I had to use screws from another brand of fan to install the thing at all. Once I got it in the case, it seems to work fine.

Good little fan I put at the rear of my case to cool the hard drive.
I put this fan at the rear of my 2023 H9 Flow case to cool the hard drive. It is not PWM and runs in voltage mode. It dropped hard drives Temps slightly. It is light enough to be mounted in places that may not have a a fan mounting bracket.

FAN Arrived broken
I ordered 2 times. First one was broken with missing plastic pieces. Second order the fan looked fine but it didn't work when plugged in. I will be avoiding Arctic fans. Both were returned
