Synergee Mini Loop Bands – Resistance Bands for Home or Gym

I have been a group exercise instructor for 12 years, specializing in strength and flexibility. Synergee mini bands are portable, top quality tools to use, particularly for lower body strength training. Standing 3-way leg lifts strengthen muscles supporting the hips, knees and ankles as well as stabilizing muscles, and at the same time improve balance. Previously I would only recommend TheraBand products, but now I’m confident that Synergee products are as good or superior.

Bought these for my Pilates instructor to use in class. They have held up well and do not tend to roll up the way other bands do. The yellow ones are very light resistance to allow participants to work the smaller weaker stabilizer muscles without the larger muscles overcompensating. They can be doubled up to work the larger muscles. Great value for the price.

I have purchased the green 10 pack mini loop bands as well as the yellow 10 mini loop bands for my exercise classes and by far these are the best. I have used other brands but they have only lasted maybe 2 months since I use them 4 times a week. But with synergee bands, I am able to use without them popping or replacing them for at least 6-8 months.

I tend to go through the lower resistance bands a lot faster than the higher intensity bands, because of how often I use the band. Although I was used to the bands being a bit shorter I actually like that the band length is a little bit longer. I use the bands for my at home workouts such as Tap Out. I like the elasticity of the band as well, It seems stronger than ones I have used in the past. I haven't had one break yet.

I have an organization that provides children, youth, and adults inclusive and accommodating Dance classes. We have clients in wheel chairs, leg braces, with physical limb restrictions, Autism, Down Syndrome etc. this product is great for all of our clients- for some it is a great tool to enhance their physical proficiency, for other with physical limitations, it is great because of the loop- normal stretch bands are hard for some of our clients because it falls off because they can’t hold it, this product stays in place and they are able to manipulate their excercises better because of the design.

I use this in with my patients for rehab exercises. they are great in quality and i really like the fact that i can buy a pack of 10 of the same resistance level, we use to buy several packs of the the mixed resistance and we ended up hoarding the the last two levels. Great Price Great Quality

I loved the fact that I could order a 10 pack of the same strength mini bands as I was ordering them for my exercise class and we all wanted to start with the same band. The price was reasonable and the quality seems very good so far. They are working out very well as we figure out exactly what exercises work best with them. They arrived very quickly and I am very happy with this purchase.

Decent, but one came broken.

habe welche von Perform Better gekauft, leider sind paar schon gerissen (ca. 1 Jahr im Trainingseinsatz). Diese sind ziemlich teuer 4,50€ pro Stück. Habe jetzt die Mini Bands bestellt, die sind bisschen elastischer wie die von Perform Better ( d.h. das Gummi ist schwächer). Bin gespannt wie lange Sie halten, bin aber da guter Dinge. Preis / Leistung ist völlig in Ordnung.

These bands are versatile and easy to transport. They add much needed variety to my classes and special resistance you can't get with dumb bells alone. By controlling the extension and flexion when using the bands, you work the muscles on the eccentric contraction as well as the concentric contraction. Essentially, you're working the muscle twice as hard than you would if you only used dumb bells. As well, by using the bands for working triceps rather than dumb bells (against gravity) it's safer for the shoulder joint and is more effective in working the target muscle group (triceps).

I really like these bands. provide a great workout. Seem to be durable (but, have only had them for a month). They are a little longer than the usual. Think I missed that in the description. Would love to have had them a little shorter for a little more resistance. Otherwise, great product and i would order them again.
