Keeps everything surrounding my wall mounted tv nice and neat.. here's some pros and cons: PROS: Keeps all cables neat.. No more cables hanging down! Very easy installation CONS: The part that sticks out of the back, kind of gets in the way.. But not terribly.. It's for mounting to a box. I personally did not mount these to a box.. I installed them behind the tv on the wall and I screwed the plate into the Sheetrock... Which is more than enough to handle the wall plate that will most likely not be touched again unless I change out the TV! I definitely highly recommend these if you are looking to get rid of the clutter that surrounds a wall mounted tv..
