Quality is great i owned the proper keyboard for my latitude 5290 but i broke it and needed something asap cause half my screen touch is dead, idk why ever since new the middle of screen was dead so touch screen was not an option for me. With prime i got it in two days sadly it does not fit the 5290 without modification as it was made for other model advertised. The two tabs on the key board must be carefully cut as i have shown. once you cut it its yours NO RETURNS. also to make it sit flush you might have to cut the rubber boots on your dell. ill share some pictures of that as well. I never leave reviews but maybe someone in the same shoes as me could benefit from my insight. i cut it with a pocket knife, i cut it as deep as i could essentially etched it and then tapped it down with a hammer. must be done how i did it so the copper prongs can make contact and to not have issues from it moving and disconnecting whiles using so despite the other review saying they pried them off i do not recommend completely removing them as they serve as a guide.
