Great book for people who need to understand the reasons why certain things happen to them and who want to learn the lessons of their past and use them in the future

I love the book and the workbook. They helped me to released all the pain and hurt thats i have stuck inside me. I cannot wait for the volume 2

Ce livre et génial

I like Stephen's youtube videos, but this book was really disappointing. Grammatically it was bad, it was very repetitive, and the "healing content" is limited to one exercise. Hardly anything worthy to be called "a method". For absolute beginners it could be helpful.

I want to thank God first for putting so much wisdom, love, and understanding in Stephan for allowing him to guide us in one of our biggest struggles, love. If I ever thought I was healed from past hurts. I now realize I have more work to do. I would definitely recommend this book to anyone who is struggling with love in general, whether it is receiving it or giving love not only in romantic relationships but in any kind of relationships with family, friends, ect.

Been a great read. It's been hard to get over my past, this just makes it a bit easier

Wonderful book!! He has written it in a very simple yet understandable way. Something which most of us can relate to, I am sure!
