I bought two pairs of these for stocking stuffers, and they were such a hit. I did not even know there was a simple solution for cutting herbs. They work great, and do not hurt my hands like the clippers I was using. Not to mention that you can take them everywhere and lose the risk of cutting yourself with outdoor clippers. Every herbalist and kitchen should have a pair, Great quality and very useful.

Scissors work great and the stainless steel herb cutter strips that cilantro perfectly! I used to pick the cilantro leaves...not anymore....makes for quick prep work.

I'm at 4 stars because of a design flaw. But none of the pieces are flimsy; all are sturdy with unbending metal and hefty plastic sheaths. The quality is good, and they aren't going to break (the scissors have a metal pin, not plastic). I've only washed these by hand, but with almost a year of use, there are no hints of rusting on either piece. Because of the plastic handles, I don't recommend putting these through the dishwasher. Overall, for the cost, the combo of scissors and stripper is worth it, though I don't often use the herb stripper. THE BAD(ISH): Scissors: Not easy to clean. A brush, not a pick, would be ideal for the scissors. With the pick, you must wash the scissors immediately after use. Seriously, immediately. Like, before adding your cut items to your cooking, just to ensure the herb bits don't get stuck. The scissors would be awkward for a small hand or someone with impaired dexterity. For best results with fresh herbs, I found placing a stack of leaves on the blades the best method. Especially because you often don't want the stems you'd otherwise be holding and cutting up with them. So it can be time-consuming if you're like me. Herb stripper: Design flaw: The blade's sheath covers one and a half holes, so you have to expose the sharp blade to use them. Not safe IMHO. Maybe I'm just using it wrong, or the concept itself just doesn't work on cilantro. And I eat a LOT of fresh cilantro, which has thin, fragile stems that can't take the beating from the herb stripper. Not super easy to use without watching someone do it the right way first. It's intuitive, but there's a learning curve. THE GOOD (in addition to the above): Scissors: They are the correct sharpness. I'm used to sewing scissors, which are essentially knife blades; these are not that sharp. Instead, they balance cutting and crushing (to express the herbs) nicely. The sheath fits well. The handles are plastic-coated metal, so they're hefty. No signs of cracking or aging. Herb stripper: The blade for chopping is pretty sharp, and the sheath fits so tightly that you might not realize there's a blade there at all!

This product was exactly what I needed. You get an herb leaf puller as well as the scissors for chopping, which is so much easier than handing. They are very easy to clean. I feel like you get a good value for your money because it comes with so many features. The puller comes with different sizes for Different Herb sizes

These herb shredders and cutters are really, really handy and very well made. I love using fresh herbs and these make them so easy to prep!

I had never seen anything like this before I helped my daughter prepare dinner in her home recently. After trying hers I immediately went to Amazon to look for one. The stripper makes it so much easier to get leaves off the stems and the multi-blade scissors are so much easier to use than a knife for chopping. The quality of this set is very good and the price was less than others I checked.

I am not for sure these are as good as they advertised. I tried to cut parsley, and it did cut but I think using a knife would be faster and much smaller pieces. After use they were easy to clean and came with something to get in the small area of the knife. The quality of the knife was good, but I rather just use a plain knife to cut. Weight, color, and size was spot on.

I'm normally not a fan of unitaskers, or products designed for basically one purpose, but if you like fresh seasonings, this may be an indispensable tool for your kitchen. Perfect for stripping cilantro or parsley leaves from the stalks, and then chopping them up finely. The cover doubles to scrape the leaf bits from between the blades. Nice design!

These appliances have made my life incredibly easier. Saves me substantial amount of time, works well and easy to east. I might add I eat large amounts of kale daily so this gadget is a must have for those that love there kale and herbs. 5 stars
