This product is great , my daughter have Hasimoto and it helps her to move and ease the pain. It also helping me with my gut issues.

There is no particular taste to it.

So earlier I bought an inexpensive hydrogen water bottle and wasn't convinced it was doing anything other than flash some fancy lights. So I tried these and feel that they do at least seem to make something out of the water. As far as how much hydrogen it produces in the water and it's affect on the body I can't say. Like many supplements it's dose dependent and every body is different and various supplements affect everyone differently and often combinations of supplements have more influence than any single one as they seem to work in synergy with one another. I began a stack of supplements and feel better but how much each individual one makes is not clear. But I did like this product. It dissolved within a minute or two and has a very mild fruity flavor(doesn't taste bad at all). The only thing I did not like is the residue it leaves behind. It's like a light grey colored haze on the glass or bottle and doesn't simply rinse out but must be wiped. Fairly annoying. Not sure if anything can be done about that. And I trust these since I trust Dr. Mercola. Over the years everytime I heard an interview with him or when he interviews others he never pushes the products he sells and often doesn't even mention them. I think this is a sign of someone you can trust!

While it can be hard to tell supplements apart when using several at once, I do feel a noticeable difference when not using this. You see a remarkable amount of hydrogen being produced within just a minute. The last off brand that I purchased took five minutes and did not produce a quarter of what this does. Yes you do pay a little more, but the difference in quality is massive. It comes in a darkened glass bottle. I read some reviews complain about time, but that hasn't been my experience. To me, they dissolve extremely fast, and doesn't interfere when you need it at work; it immediately dissolves. It gives your body the physical recovery, and mental clarity. As the science of it is ever evolving, and as products are flooding the market, this is my go to. As someone who don't always got a lot of money, I need to find a good medium to achieve maximum quality with value. I did a lot of homework on hydrogen water. I bought a cheap centrifuge thingy and it stopped working within a few weeks even. But this is a trusted product in an extensive search for me. I first bought the 30 count to see, and ended up as a repeat customer who bought the 90 ct, an even better value. For me this is this is where value and quality. I was taking molecular hydrogen in another form for a year and really enjoying the routine, it helped me feel so awake in the morning. When I was all out of the other brand, I noticed this one had great reviews and decided to try. It’s absolutely disgusting. It makes me gag. Dreadful. I stopped taking it altogether afree 3 tries, and now I feel terrible off of my usual dose. I’m so annoyed. I spent good money on this disgusting product. It’s not returnable, so you can’t get your money back. What a waste.

Honestly, after some research this seemed to be the most ideal way to get the purported benefits of hydrogen water, but I’ve noticed zero difference in physical wellbeing. Not saying it’s snake oil, but the cost benefit analysis for no results or noticeable difference doesn’t make sense to continue. That said, I’ll give 3 stars for overall quality of the product—it simply does not seem to work for me.

Tablets take several minutes to dissolve . I use a glass container with 16 ounces. Leaves a residue from the magnesium. Rinse glass after use if you do not put in washer. Personally, I noticed improvements with vision. I have been taking two tablets a day to test for effects. I chose Mercola because we use their other products. I thought I would try the tablets before I chose a Hydrogen Water Generator. Would recommend the tablets.

I bought the hydrogen due to received recommendations and I am glad that it was a good decision. Everybody has a different organism, I have been a vegan for many years and I see the hydrogen works fast on me. I can sleep better and feel stronger just after a week.

Can be used anywhere and quickly. No machines required and does what it promises.

Only the taste is bitter
