No More Itch Spray – Soothing Scalp Regular Relief for Locs, Braids, Twists & Protective Styles – 8 oz (Pack of 1)

I decided to try this Jamaican Mango & Lime No More Itch Spray when I got my hair re-braided. The first thing I noticed was that the spray was very thick. It is not thin like a lot of sprays are. So, you have to make sure that you shake it up good before you spray it on your hair and scalp. You should also hold the bottle 6-8 inches away from your head. If not you will have a build up of product in one spot and will have to massage it in. I have a smaller spray bottle that I like to use so I poured a small amount into that bottle and used it. It gives a smaller fine mist. The spray does leave your hair shiny and has a nice pleasant scent. It doesn’t leave your hair sticky and you don’t have a problem with build up after continued use. I’ve used this on my edges and it seems to help to prevent breakage. My hair has grown and I am pleased with the overall health of my hair since using this product. I have noticed a decrease in itching on my scalp and my scalp has stayed fairly clean between washings. I haven’t been able to keep my braids in a month longer since using this product. I also use this spray to help take my braid out also. It helps to decrease hair breakage and cuts down my take out time. I would highly recommend this product.

This product actually does what it says! Whenever my locs get done, they tend to itch. For a long time I'd suffer through it using products that fell flat on their no itch claims. Not this one! I've been itch free ever since the first spritz. No need to use daily, a little goes a long way. #1 in my book. Highly recommend.

I am always in between having my hair braided all of the time and I have been purchasing this to help keep my scalp moisturized and idk about others but getting my hair freshly braided and even my twists a lot I’m prone to having an itchy scalp and I am always searching and using great sometimes inexpensive products that help supports a healthy scalp. I have been using this product a lot and I love its moisturizing level and I try to keep this spray on hand for my braids bc I am always having or wearing braids (a whole lot). I sometimes have a very hard time keeping it on hand when I really need it bc where I live the nearest store is 16 minutes away and the store where we shop don’t always have it In stock or on their shelves so to save time I order this product right here bc it’s just always a quicker easier way and it’s a very easy way to keep it on hands. Last time I purchased this product I gave my sister a bottle to have after she came by and wanted something to put on her itchy and dry scalp. I gave her almost an entire full bottle to keep for herself and she loves it too. I buy the double pkg and it’s just a great feeling for my scalp and it’s very helpful to have when I keep my braids (which is a whole lot of the time and my sister enjoys the bottle I gave her to have and she said she really enjoy how it feels on her scalp and she love how it help keep her dreads softer and moisturized. Ik she loves it almost or just as much as I love it. Great stuff for my scalp and my braids. It also smells great on my scalp almost a fresh fruit scent (in a great way)!!!

So I do like the product it definitely does what it says and stop itch AND keeps it away without repeating application. So you don't have to use it every day but maybe every 3-4-5 days.. now, i like my locs clean and free of oil's wax's and other such things that attract dirt. This stuff does leave a somewhat oily/greasy residue after a few applications. That oilyness does wash away in the shower once you actually wash your locs (I use Dr. Bronner's hand soap diluted with water then olaplex as a conditioner) I wash mine every two weeks. I highly recommend trying a 50/50 mix in a spray bottle of rose water and witch hazel to stop itch and hydrate hair. It also smells good and leaves absolutely no residue. You can use it several times a day if you want. Id recommend 2 but never before bed. Never go to bed with wet locs.

It’s the best Gro spray I ever bought my hair has grown tremendously.

This spray has a pleasant scent and does help soothe scalp itching and is good for braids but this last batch I bought turned a weird milky white and thick texture half way through me using the bottle. It doesn’t spray as well in that consistency and pools around the spray nozzle. I’m not even sure if I should keep using it!
