As mentioned, it is difficult to unroll when you first receive it but I just taped down the corners and edges with pieces of paper tape to hold it down. It’s not waterproof so you must be careful when dealing with liquids. It has a nice matte finish and fairly thick poster paper. It is a little pixelated when you look up close but luckily didn’t show when I took my product photography photos. I think this is a great purchase if you’re just getting into product photography and don’t want to invest too much upfront. My only complaint is the way it arrives. I guess I was expecting it to come as a flat sheet, but it was rolled pretty tight and taped with masking tape, which did leave a little residue (not a huge problem for shooting though). I laid it flat and weighed it down for 4 days and it still wasn't flat.
