It's not for everyone as the flavor can be off putting and the pieces are very hard and crunchy. This brand has great quality but unfortunately they shorted me by a little over 3 grams. I was going to use this is a recipe so I was a little disappointed that I had to buy more. Other than that, the color was nice and white, slightly yellow and the pieces were manageable and easy to chew (besides it being very crunchy which is normal) I will buy again but please make sure your weights are correct.
