This handy device saved me on several cold mornings. I was surprised at the cranking power it provides. It's easily charged and stores a charge well-it's ready when you need it. It also has a USB port for changing phones, etc. It's fairly compact and stores easily.

This jump starter worked exactly as advertised and gave me peace of mind to keep in my car. It’s compact, easy to use, and has plenty of power to start my vehicle quickly. The battery holds a charge well, and the built-in flashlight is a really useful bonus for emergencies at night. It also has charging ports for your phone or tablets. The clamps feel sturdy and the instructions were simple to follow. Definitely a great value and something every driver should have in their vehicle. Highly recommend!

This battery jump pack is an excellent choice. The battery pack is easy to use and reliable. I have used the battery pack three times and it still shows 100% power. With this battery pack you do not need to turn on either the on switch or the power switch simply hook up the jumper cables included, connect the red to the positive, the black to the negative, and you will get a steady green light. Get inside your car, turn off all the accessories, and start the car. After starting the car, remove the black cable first and then the red cable. The unit also allows for using the flashlight, USB charging, or with a 12 volt adapter. when using these functions you need to first turn on the switch on the side of the unit. The flashlight has a steady light, strobe function, a SOS strobe, and a red and blue emergency type strobe. It is turned on with the power button and you cycle to the correct light stream by hitting the power button until you get to the light desired. Hold the power button to power the light off. The USB charging allows for a standard 1.5 amp and a 2.1 amp USB ports. It also has a 12V cigarette type adapter that can be used also. The USB C Port is an import port to charge the unit. The instructions say you can use a five amp charger, but I would recommend a higher output charger to charge the battery pack. The battery pack even, if you haven’t used it, you should recharge it every three months to make sure the charge is refreshed and holding. Most likely you can go longer than this but if the charge drops below 50% it most likely will not jumpstart your car. This is recommended with most other battery packs as well. I jump started my minivan 3 times and still says I am at 100%. One time the battery was completely dead and it started the car immediately. I would recommend it to a friend. An enemy I would recommend buying on TEMU.

The Nexpow jump box is pretty good. It had no problem jumping a 6.0 V8 with a battery that was dead and had a dead cell. I own three of them and they all work reliably. I took off one star because they all seem to need to be charged every 6-9 months. And if left in the car at under ~10F you will need to put it in your coat to warm it up before it will work, Also if at first the engine only makes a couple cranks, just shut it off and try again after a couple seconds.

I would highly recommend buying this product. The customer service is 1st rate. They care about their customers and stand behind there product(s). I have bought a few different compact jump starters and this one is by far my favorite. The carrying case is hardshell so it protects the device and components. It includes a User Manual, no need to download it or try and find the right model. The functionality of the device is great and easy to use. Whether you need a jump start for your vehicle, charge any device that uses a USB like your cellphone, or maybe you need a flash light, this device has you covered. if you are in need of help, it has an S.O.S. light or strobe light. It's compact and yet rugged to hold up to get the job done. You can fit it under your car seat or in the glovebox, it's entirely up to you where you want to store it. I bought this for a gift and my friend told me it was better than having to wait for roadside to come out and jump their battery.

Great purchase! Never had to use it on my car but one time I dropped someone off at the airport and there was an Uber cab stuck at the port. I watched him asking everyone around for a jump but no one would help him. Then I remembered I had the car jumper in my trunk. I offered for him to use it. By the look on his face you can tell he was skeptical if it would work. Then he connected it to his battery and turn the car on easily and quickly. He just laughed in awe and asked me where did I get it. I told him I purchased from Amazon and he took a picture of it. This product was put to the test and definitely passed. Great product. This battery pack is extremely convenient to have. It has helped me several times to jump my car battery. The pack is very small and can be kept in a travel bag or backpack and is very easy to bring with you anywhere you go. It has some nice extra features like ability to charge the phone or also be used like a flash light. It has worked for me to jump even a v8 vehicle.
