Does this trundle actually pop up to the same level as the bed? In the discritption it actually doens't say that it does, it just says it pulls out.

Can you fit bedding on the trundle? Also trundle is SHORTER, no? Fits standard twin mattress 38" x 75""/?

I have a pillow top twin mattress on the trundle. I also have a thick mattress pad and a fitted bottom sheet on the mattress. It is a tight fit to push it under the top mattress. There is no room for a top sheet or blanket on the trundle. This would not be an issue if you have a thinner mattress. The space for the trundle mattress is 11 inches high.

I doubt such a thing exists because the trundle would be 22" wide (supposing a regular 38" wide twin up top) or else both mattresses would be 30" wide. Neither size is standard and both are really too squishy and narrow for normal sized adults. You're best bet might be looking for a queen sized futon. Good luck!

It depends on the thickness of the mattresses. There is 12 inches from the support for the trundle mattress to the bottom of the upper bed frame, and you will want to leave room for bedding.
