This little rice cooker is simple, reliable, and perfect for everyday use. It’s extremely easy to operate just add rice and water, press one button, and it does the rest. The rice comes out fluffy and evenly cooked most of the time, and the automatic “keep warm” function is great for keeping meals ready without drying everything out. Its compact size makes it ideal for small kitchens, dorms, or couples, and cleanup is quick thanks to the nonstick inner pot. It also works well for oatmeal, soups, and other simple one-pot meals. Overall, for the price, it’s a dependable and convenient kitchen tool that does its job well.

After so many years of cooking rice in a pot on the stove with mixed results I skeptically decided to try a cooker. The first test has just finished and I find the quality and texture perfect. The appearance as the steam rises after the lid is removed reminds me of Mom's cooking so long ago. I really enjoyed just letting the cooker do the job.

I use this at least once a week. No stick. Easy clean up. Must be careful after rice is done, it will burn the rice of the bottom.

Being half-Japanese, I am admittedly a bit snooty about rice cookers, but I will write the first part of the review from a non-Asian perspective. :) This rice cooker is a great appliance for college students or those just starting out in their own. It is a budget rice cooker and the low price is enticing for those moving out on their own. You add washed rice, add water to the appropriate line, and then turn on the rice cooker, and you have nice steaming rice. Simple to use, easy to clean. Now from the snobby, half-Japanese perspective - it is flimsy, not solid. It feels like it could break easily. The removable rice pan doesn't sit evenly sometimes until you place the lid on it. After cooking and letting it sit there for a while on the "warm" setting, the rice does get a little crunchy on the bottom. If you are used to a Zojirushi, do not- I repeat, do not buy this. :) All in all, it's a great starter rice cooker. It's perfect for a family of 1 or 2 and it does the job fine (just don't let it sit under the "warm" setting for longer than 1-2 hours unless you like a little crunch!).

This is a cheap rice cooker. It works simply because boiling water remains at the same temperature as long as there's water in the cooker. When the water is absorbed by the rice, the temperature rises, and the magnet inside releases and the temperature switches to warm mode. It doesn't matter if you have white rice, or brown rice. As long as you add the proper amount of water for the type of rice you want to cook, the cooker will cook it perfectly. Very clever design that is economical and works well.

As an Asian who eats rice every day, I think this is a perfect rice cooker for 2-3 people. The rice gets ready in just 20 minutes. Small and portable. The smell of the cooked rice is awesome

Delighted and happy with the speed and efficiency with which it cooks rice, whichever way you decide to make it. Honestly, it saves me a lot of time. For people who want to finish quickly, it's highly recommended.

It uses the american plug but getting an adapter isn't enough since it says it can only use a certain voltage. Voltage adapters break down easily from my mum's research and also have constant problems with overheating, so just not worth it in the UK

Funcionó muy bien. Fue fácil de usar y al principio nos asustamos por la taza medidora, nos pareció pequeña, pero al final vimos que si era del tamaño correcto. Sólo notamos qué hay que ponerle un poco más de agua de la indicada. Pero la verdad si es muy útil y el arroz esta listo en unos 20mins.

This made my life SO MUCH easier. I can just start the rice for dinner and not have to watch a pot boil for 20 minutes, amazing! It cooks a cup of rice in about 20-25 minutes and it's incredibly easy to clean. I have been making beef stock rice with veggies in it and it comes out perfect and moist every single time. EDIT : I've had this cooker since september 2025. I use it everyday and it still works perfectly! The bottom is scratched yes ( my fault since I use metal spoons to scoop out rice) but it cooks rice just the same! I even started cooking my rice in beef broth and adding some frozen veggies (like peas) in it with garlic and onion powder for taste, and it's delicious!
