DHH Furnishing Vanity Set with Stool and Mirror

I ordered this for myself, a recent empty nester. I never had my own vanity so as part of my renovation of my room, I ordered this as a last addition and a guild free ridiculously low cost indulgence for my bedroom. I had limited space so the size was perfect. I originally suffered from buyer's remorse, afraid the inexpensive cost might mean something cheap looking and juvenile. I was relieved from the day it went into my space. First impression was the great packaging and the unquestionable quality of the sturdy legs. After putting it together easily, I liked the quality finish. The drawer was less so, with a cheap looking hardware, but I plan to upgrade the hardware for a few dollars, and I also lined it with contact paper. This can easily be for an adult as well as a child. I'd be proud to offer it to my young adult daughters if I decide to upgrade later and the quality is so good, even pass it on to a granddaughter or to girls I know. Any girl would delight in it and I'd be proud to give it.

Fits perfect for my six year old soon to be seven. She will be able to grow into this definitely. The set doesn't take up too much space and it's not bulky at all. This was a christmas gift for her in 2014. She loves it. The only problem we had with putting it together, was the fact the screws were a little difficult to get in and tighten. Not sure if we were using the right size screw driver, but after putting all your weight into it for it to become tighter, it worked eventually. Be careful when putting this set together. It easily scratches.

Can be used for young girl or adult. Very sturdy and pretty. I would recommend. Smaller than other vanities but I needed a smaller one to replace what I currently had. Not bad as far as assembling. Which I hate to do, but did. You won't be disappointed. I did not like the gold handle on the drawer but that was easy enough to change to knobs. The stool can be reupholstered if you want a different color on the seat. Overall, changes I made were things I wanted to do but not necessary. Satiisfied with this purchase.

Mirror came broken as you can see in picture. It happens during shipment sometimes. That’s understandable. But make sure you inspect all pieces before you put together. Company won’t allow you to send just mirror back for replacement. You have to ship the whole vanity back. Which is such a pain in the neck after you already give it to a little girl for birthday. So because of their policy, we now have an ugly broken piece of junk that I am not going to try to take back apart, find a new box because we cut it open and it got torn up, try to fit it back into a box, pack the heavy thing down to get it shipped, and hope to god the next one doesn’t come broke and have to do it all over again. This is the first place I have ever bought something like this and they won’t replace a piece to it. Only replace the whole thing. Ridiculous in my opinion. Other than the mirror and their policy, it is a nice little vanity.

This vanity is so much nicer than I expected it to be for the price. I bought it for my daughter whose turning 6. I was looking at vanitys for awhile and this one was not only one of the more eye appealing ones but one of the less expensive ones I saw too. I honestly can not believe how solid the wood is and how sturdy this piece of furniture is! I say that being someone who has has a lot of nice wood furniture bought from furniture stores and I think this vanity might be more solid than most of my expensive stuff! I just was not expecting it to be as nice as it is, so I'm very pleased! Nothing was damaged, no knicks, dents or scratches. The shipping was incredibly fast, I ordered it on a Friday and chose standard delivery and it was here on Tuesday! Also, very easy to put together... Just attach legs and mirror. Great online buying experience!

This is the most beautiful vanity! It is sturdy and was easy to put together. Just the right size for my small place!

I bought this in November and hide the box in the closet as it is a Christmas gift for my daughter. She been wanting a wooden starter vanity this seemed to fit the bill in size, style an price. I got it quickly as well. First, there was a few minor surfaces scratches but they was easily fixed with little touch up pant. Then we had an issue with the screws for the drawer handle not going flush into the sockets. So we bought washers which solved the problem. However, it went together quickly less than an hour, easy instructions, packaged pretty well, light elbow grease for assembly, and looked perfect! But the worst was yet to come! We put it together tonight to get it covered in a large gift bag (like bike can go in) so it be ready for Christmas. As soon we touched the vanity to move it out the floor the entire mirror section came apart from the vanity top!!! Luckily nothing broke but the cheap and short threaded socket pieces (they are not fat enough for the pre-drilled hole or long enough for the size bolt supplied! in the mirror stand part had slide completely out the wood. Luckily my husband is pretty handy so he gorilla glued ( recommended for wood to metal adhesion) them back in to dry (there one on each end total of two). We also added glue for the center peg on it that is wood and a few dots between the mirror base and vanity top. It's two close to Christmas to replace it so hopefully in the morning when the clamps come off it works on keeping it together!!!! I will update this post as soon as I can on the matter! If you buy this go ahead glue it I'm thankful I ran into the problem before my kid tried move the mirror or something and got hurt! I love the style, the nice wood, easy of assembly, and price. If the company would just took better care in the hardware they would got 5 stars instead of one!!!!

The table is the perfect size for my 8 year old, and big enough for her to continue to use as she gets older. It was very easy to put together and fits great in her bedroom without taking up too much space. I also added some lights around the mirror for a movie star vanity look! I'm very happy with this purchase and would reccomend it to anyone looking for a cute and simple vanity for their child.

This is a beautiful vanity. It is just the right size does not take up allot of space. Easy to put together.

Very nice set. Easy to assemble. No defects found. Well packaged. It was worth the wait since product was back order for a long time. Good price compared to other models.

Me encanto el diseño, es muy practico y se puede colocar en espacios pequeños, el unico detalle es que se ensucia facilmente, el cajon es un poco mas grande de lo que esperaba.
