Would this work to connect the oculus quest to hdmi port with the oculus link cable?

This converter only works one way. I bought it to conver the oculus link cable to the hdmi port on my video card and it doesn’t work. If you reread the beginning description, it only works if you have usb c on your video card and are converting that signal to hdmi.
