Help -- no directions included! Do I run the knife through in both directions on the fine side since there are two-way arrows??

Hello! When using the fine side to finish sharpening you should pull the knife through towards yourself. The direction of the arrows does not matter as long as you are only pulling in one direction, do not go in both directions. We hope this helps!
