I bought this to try it out for fit and finish and plan to purchase a fully stainless steel and top end canvas next year. It turns out - this is a pretty darn good bimini for 200 bucks. The material seems to be fine and thus far over this very hot and sunny summer it has not shown signs of fading. It was pretty easy to install. I wound up cutting the stabilizer bars to fit on my stern rail rather than fastening them to the deck. I had to purchase additional fittings for this purpose It looks sharp, stores easily, and the boot fits like a glove. Nice bimini for cheap!

So happy I went with the 8’ long, 54” high, 4 bow cover! I have a Tracker PG-V175 WT. I purchased the versa trac Bimini hardware separate (a bit expensive for all the hardware, but worth it). Be sure to measure the width needed!! The price is incredible given the quality of the overall product, AND given the price quote I got for pro install at our boat place…insanely overpriced compared to what you can buy this for, and EASILY install on your own! Instructions were clear and easy to follow! My 13 year old helped out and it was together and on the boat within an hour (and we were taking our time!). It’s a heavy duty material on very sturdy poles/supports and has held up very well thus far. We have cruised across some very big/ windy waters with the top up (Rainy Lake, Lake of the Woods, Kabetogema, Mille Lacs, and Leach Lake -all in MN), and it has held up incredibly well! It covers ya very well from the main elements that can hold ya back from being comfortable on the water…rain and hot sun. No leaks in some of the heaviest rains, and with the 95°+ sun beating down, it does an excellent job at keeping the temps down, underneath. It came with a cover that wraps it nice and keeps it out of the way or from making it a hazard. It goes up VERY easily and stows away, just as such. If you plan on using the two extra poles, be sure to get two additional swivel holders for the versatrac…allows you to store it in the ‘up/elevated’ position. We absolutely love this overall, and cannot recommend it enough! Again…this price, versus other ‘boat/marine’ sites and stores, and the price quoted by our boat place…definitely get this!

I bought this bimini to replace a damaged one on my 17' center console skiff. I have to give credit where it is due: the package arrived on time, and the bimini was fairly easy to assemble. I appreciate that a "shorty" Phillips screwdriver was included, though in my case it wasn't really needed. Plus, the package includes chrome stern poles to be used instead of the stern anchor straps. That's in case you prefer to not lay your bimini down all the way when not in use. That doesn't work for me, so I will use straps at all four corners. There are two negatives that a potential buyer should know: 1. The small plastic piece where the unit pivots (and which is anchored to the boat's gunwale) is too short. It does not raise the rails high enough off the gunwale. I had to manufacture a spacer/pedestal (see picture) to raise the pivot point up about 3/4". Then I purchased longer bolts to run through the anchor piece, spacer and gunwale. That done, it rests nicely and the frame does not touch the gunwale. Without such a spacer, the frame cannot lay flat against the gunwale. 2. Be aware that the 8-foot bimini has four aluminum frame pieces that stack on top of each other when in the down position. Think of it as two sets of two poles -- the front set and the rear set. They do not want to align perfectly on top of each other. You've got a round pole trying to sit on top of a round pole, and it just doesn't work. What's needed here is a plastic guide or "keeper" of some sort that will hold the poles in position, resting directly on top of each other. (Note: Leader Accessories, if you're reading this....I will help you design something.) On the whole, in the "up" position I believe this bimini is going to do a nice job for me, and with the included storage sheath I believe it should last a long time....but that remains to be seen. I'm fully aware that a "top shelf" bimini starts at around double the price of this one, so I knew what I was getting when I made this purchase.

Many of the reviews complained about the instructions. I thought they were fine. It took me about 30 minutes to assemble the top. I am installing on my pontoon boat. It is a replacement top. The poles and hardware are not as strong as what I had on the boat. I had 1 1/4 square metal pole and metal hardware. I am keeping the metal hardware but can't use the poles because the new top cross pieces are sewn in and my old top had zippers. Also, I had to come up with a new configuration for the anchor light. My old one had a hole in the top on the rear pole and the boot for the anchor light. But the packaging and quality of the top seem to be of good quality. I received the shipment a day early. It was worth the price.

I’ve only installed it today but it looks great and the install maybe took 2 hours(including the many breaks we took). I had my cousin come out and help me, I definitely recommend having a buddy to help you position it. Some people said the hardware was cheap but I pre-drilling holes and tightened them by hand and they worked fine. However, I didn’t use the provided screwdriver. So I’d also recommend using your own screwdriver but the provided one is still a keeper. It’ll definitely be living in my boats spare tool bag. The directions allow you to mount it with 2 straps instead of 4 and that’s how I intended to use it. After assembly it didn’t seem super sturdy and I don't trust it standing up while driving. Then again I’m new to boating, maybe you’re supposed to fold it all the way down when driving. That’s what I’ll be doing. Overall I’m very happy with it. The installation went smooth, it looks nice, and I’m ready to test it out. I’ll make an update my if any issues occur.

Good Quality, was a little tall for my boat making it look a little silly. I removed the rivets on the primary tower, cut it down 10" and riveted back together; looks a lot sleeker now, still fits the cover and we're happy with the product.

I needed a top for hot summer days and rain when fishing. Looking around of course you can spend 5 times what this top cost which I did not want to do since it would just be getting beat up on a fishing boat. I decided to give this a try and worse case just replace the fabric if it was bad since the poles are 1" poles which all the higher end tops use. At this point I do not see where reviews that are saying the fabric is thin are comparing them to. I have had several boats with factory tops and they are all the same thickness as this material. The Cabela's tops use the same material but cost twice as much. I sat in a down pour under this top the day after installing it and while not completely water proof it sure let in less drops than my last factory $500 bimini top on my last boat coated in Nikwax. When I say down pour I am talking about 2 inches of rain in an hour and a half. Very impressed with that. As for sun the top works as well as any other I have been under for shade. Installation was not too bad. It took me about 30 minutes start to finish. I spent more time running into the house to look at the top on the companies website on the computer to get it put together correctly. The instructions didn't make much sense to be honest but looking at the picture online to get the poles installed correctly was easy enough. The drop support line connections on the poles and the connection for the poles to the boat is plastic. I figure if they ever break I can replace the pole connection with stainless ones and simply tie the connecting lines to the poles if need be. With that said it does not look like either of these will be an issue as seem pretty durable. Fastest I have been with this up was 40 mpg on my fishfinder's gps. The top looked to handle it just fine. All around I have been very pleased with this top.

ホワイトが選択できるので、購入したが、アルミのビミニトップ としては平均以上の質だと思います。カバーも同色でついているのがありがたい。ただ、取り付けは素人では、ちょっと苦労しそうです。ベースの傾きとか、ぴったり合わせないと難しいので、でも、なんとかなるでしょう。耐久性はこれからですが、ともかくアルミなので軽さが良いです。
