A great Finishing Salt
This is an excellent "finishing" salt that you sprinkle on steaks, eggs, etc just before serving. Very large light salt flakes. HIghly recommend by most chefs for this type of salt.

What? It’s flake salt. Tastes like Salt. Good Salt.
Nice , clean Salt Product. The flakes are slightly harder than others I’ve tried, but overall it’s still a good , very good salt. The flakes are large enough to go into a grinder, thus making smaller salt to spread over foods. Cooking meats, one can use the flakes right out of the package, which will level out , flavor wise.

Love the salt, the flakes melt quickly on food and gives a good taste to food. the flakes are easy to apply on salads, sandwiches, poached eggs or Omlette.
