Anti Tarnish Strips Perfect for Jewelry Storage 2" x 7" Strip (Pack of 25)

I needed these to put in a jewelry organizer which has silver jewelry. These strips are perfect, prevent tarnish. Thank you

I ordered these in 2022 and they have kept our sterling silver flatware and other pieces largely tarnish free until recently. I had several in the silver chest, in the buffet drawers, and in the large storage compartments at the bottom of the buffet (Victorian oak buffet circa 1890). I do not know how, but these things do work, even in drawers and large compartments. Please keep in mind I used ALL of them. I put two or three in the chest top and in each drawer, and four or five in the silver drawer and in the large storage compartment. So, I at least doubled it up. However, after spending HOURS polishing silver every few months these are a god send. I have used Hagerty strips as well, and they are good, but do not last as long as far as I can tell.

I cleaned my silver jewelry pieces and now store them in small zip lock bags with these strips. So far it seems to really stop tarnishing but it has only been a few months.

These work to keep your silver from tarnishing, but there is no way to tell when they are used-up and need to be replaced. I would recommend for silverware.

I got these to use with my sterling silver jewelry to help hold tarnish off longer before needing to clean. I really appreciate that they were very reasonable in cost ($6.99) and that you can cut them smaller to fit in small packages, etc., so they will go even farther (you will have more of them to use). I can't rate them for effectiveness yet because I haven't used them long enough to know.

I sure hope these strips work because the condition of the packaging don't make me feel confident. The 10 strips were in a ziplock type bag that was dirty and damaged. I'm not sure if the bag is airtight because of the damage. If not being airtight has no effect on their effectiveness, then ok, but it's a bad impression. The strips I ordered years ago were paper and these are black plastic and I hope they work as well. Pretty hard to tell until it's too late, huh?

These are great! Can be cut down in size & tucked into a plastic baggie: keeps silver items from going to black tarnish—keeps it sparkly. Economical, since a 1/4” square will keep a ring from tarnishing inside a small baggie.

Keeps all my silver free from tarnish.
