Review: Solid Easel - This easel is brilliant! It's even better than I expected. Though a little time consuming, due to the fact I have MS and I'm left handed (i.e. for me the screws have to go in 'backwards'!) but actually, easy to assemble following the clear booklet pictures and it looks fantastic. Very impressed the Philips screwdriver was included too. Quite heavy and solid so I put it together in place of where I want to use it. I'm absolutely trilled with the purchase. Thank you.

The Meeden easel had good reviews so yesterday I put in my order on desertcart, the easel arrived this morning and after under an hour I had assembled it and put it in my studio. The instructions were very clear with all parts labelled and although I do not have any technical skills I had no problems with assembling it. The quality of the parts is excellent and the finish of the beechwood is beautiful. This easel is well worth the price in fact it is probably under priced.

**Q: Does it hold deep edged canvas. 38mm**

**Q: I need to replace one of the black caps for the screw what size is it ?**
A: This is difficult to answer because the actual 'black' knob on the screw has five lobes on it - making it hard to get an accurate measurement.  I would have thought that the screw and cap were one unit (as they appear to be on my easel).  Sorry I could not be more helpful.

This easel is brilliant! It's even better than I expected. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Sturdy, Functional, Adjustable - Perfect!

I am so pleased that I decided to buy this easel. It arrived the next day, well packaged and in perfect condition. We did struggle a bit with the assembly to start with, but once the base was in place it got more straightforward - took us around one and a half hours but once it was 'up and running' we were very impressed. It is structurally sound, easy to adjust (for height and angle for whatever medium you use) and I have it in pride of place because it is a very nice piece of furniture. I was previously using a desktop easel but got fed up with my canvasses sliding about. That will not be happening with my Meeden. For any artist, budding or professional, I can strongly recommend this easel. Ticks all the boxes!
