I tried to force myself to write a sum-up of each chapter while reading, and this revealed very difficult: the author is diluting information in so many layers of useless filling that finding content is an ordeal. If you want to read 400 pages of sentences like: "If engaging into marketing feels like reaching for the moon, think of it more like getting into orbit", then go for it, this book is just for you... I was in need for a dense, actionable manual and found an airy blablabla whose main goal seems to convince that business development is complex... and that you might need Anna's services as a consultant maybe?
