I am a chiropractor who is an extremity specialist. I’ve been blessed to work on numerous athletes from around the world. So it is pretty ironic that I hurt my knee. The MRI showed ever a few partial tears in my ACL, meniscus, cartlidge and patella. For me I cannot afford downtime, so surgery was not an option. I’m doing stem cells, PRP, laser therapy, physical therapy, and most of all chiropractic adjustments to the knee. My knee was progressing greatly but due to the severity of the injury it was still very painful to walk. I got this brace on a Wednesday afternoon and on Thursday I worked and had zero pain from then on. I’m not a big brace guy because I feel it creates atrophy but boy when you need one, this is the one to buy!

This brace has been awesome! My knees have taken a beating over the years and I was diagnosed with tricompartmental osteoarthritis a few years ago. It has gotten progressively worse and over the past year, I haven't been able to even lightly jog, as my knee would feel like the bones were scraping together after just a few seconds. I was a bit hesitant to order this brace, as it was more expensive than any other brace I've purchased and neither my physical therapist nor my orthopedic doctor knew of it. I took a chance a few months ago (it was sitting in my checkout for about 6 months) and it performed immediately. Admittedly, it will take a bit of trial and error to get the fit right, but once you do, it feels great. I went from running zero miles for a year to running 1.5-2 miles every other day with no pain or soreness afterwards. I seriously thought I wouldn't be able to run/jog anymore and now I am back at it.The only issue I have is that the silicon anti-slip piece that goes across the shin broke and I need to order another one. Still a great brace, though!

Amazing brace and excellent customer service (thank you John). Easy ordering on Amazon or on their site (ddsmed.com), and fast shipping. My previous brace (different brand) was way more expensive, much heavier and bulky. This one is lightweight and fits well, and super supportive. Could not walk without it. Highly recommend DDS Med and the OA Pro knee brace.

I’ve purchased the DDS300 belt in the past from DDS and it’s worked wonders to alleviate my lower back pain and sciatica.As a floor salesman, I’m not my feet all day and my knees and feet take a beating and I’d come home to ice my knee down after a long day.Recently with the lockdown in place due to Covid-19, I’ve been able to get a bit more rest but the knee pain still lingered. I saw that DDS offered a line of knee braces and wanted to test out if it would do the same wonders for my knee as the belt did for my back.I ordered the belt and received it next day, which was a surprise as many of my amazon packages have been delayed.I opened up the box and at first there was a bit of overwhelm with extra screws and clips but the actually knee brace came intact and assembled. I read the instructions and saw that extra screws and clips were for different knee locking positions to help create some knee decompression.I slide on the brace on my knee and strapped it in. At first, I didn’t feel immediate relief like I did with the back belt but I figured let’s try it out for a couple of hours to see any difference.I decided to do some yard work and housework just to test out the brace as I were standing all day. To my surprise, I didn't need to ice down my swollen knee at the end of the day.DDS did it again! Offering a great quality product that actually works.

I had difficulty getting the right size, best solution would be the ability to select mix and match of thigh and calf cuff sizes.I have bone-on-bone OA at the outer side of my knee.That said, this brace, with its offset hinge allows me to walk without pain (5-6 miles no problem), and even around the house, keeps pain at bay.It really does work as advertised.

I've had the brace for over a year. It does secure my knee as I do some leg presses in the 350-450 lbs. range.Unfortunately the piece that secures the top strap on one side just came apart. I tried tightening the with an allen wrench but it looks like it just snapped off from the base and cannot be fixed. Not happy to have to buy another $200 brace.

Heartbreaking...Ibhad such high hopes for thus knee device. Today I had it on and tried to walk a few few to my block party with my brace on and using my rillator. I ended up in such pain I had to turn around and go home. I was willing to spend the money, why aren't you selling me a knee brace that works!? Buyer Beware!
